Easy check in, but was not able to get a table near the glass as it is pick and choose where they put you no matter the date You made your reservation. If you're first in line to get the elevator your last to get off and all the seats by the glass are taken. A little disappointed in that. We did ask about open seats and they still told us there is a half hour wait even though we had a reservation months in advance. Food was decent, piano is quite loud. Great experience though...
Obviously the view is amazing, and this is what you're paying for. However, our servers were outstanding as well. My problem was the food. I ordered the pork chop, expecting tender and tasty. I got neither and couldn't continue. However my girlfriend got the steak, and said it was excellent.
the Tower was officially opened on October 6th 1965.
I have officially completed a painting of Niagara Falls and the SKYLON Tower to commemorate it's 60th Milestone birthday in time and it's history.
