We love your food especially sandwiches Breads are good Kim- staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and humble. We brought Multigrain bread , it is delicious but very very salty, my blood pressure went up. I phoned and talk to Sherry to pass this message to TONY ( owner). I hope he gets my message and reduce salt in the multigrain . I highly recommend this place for the food and bakery items.

Kim is the reason Sorrento’s Bakery runs like a well-oiled machine.
Every time I’ve stopped by, Kim is there—working hard, moving fast, and still somehow managing to treat every single person like they matter. Her work ethic is unreal. She doesn’t miss a beat, even during the lunch rush, and yet she’s always calm, courteous, and genuinely kind.
What really stands out is how much pride she takes in her job. Whether it’s remembering regulars, answering questions with patience, or handling a packed line with total professionalism, Kim brings a level of care and consistency that’s honestly rare these days.
On top of that, the sandwich deals are unbeatable. Seriously—huge, fresh sandwiches at prices you don’t see anywhere else. And Kim makes the whole experience smooth and welcoming, every single time. You leave with great food and in a better mood.

I once tried donuts from here with the remark that their donuts are famous, so I decided to visit. Unfortunately, all the donuts were sold out, and most of the bread was gone too. I decided to take home some pastries instead.
The cream, like in many Canadian stores, was not fresh cream but a thicker type of cream. Maybe it was Miracle Whip? I'm not sure.
Later, a friend told me that you have to go first thing in the morning; otherwise, the donuts sell out. You can also make a reservation, so it seems like a good idea to reserve in advance and then pick them up.
The croissants and pound cake looked delicious too. The store was quite crowded, and there were people outside on the makeshift patio enjoying their purchases.
This has turned into my favourite spot for lunch. I love the service and the sandwiches are always so good with unbeatable prices !

Love this little bakery for my cold cuts and sweet tooth needs. The owner got me hooked on the imperial cookies (2 cookies with jam in between and vanilla icing on top topped with a sliver of fruit). You must try them. Made fresh in the bakery
