Had a great experience here the food was amazing and the people were so friendly we had the chicken Caesar wrap which was so big full of chicken and bacon and I had the Chicken Gnocchi soup it was so good and flavourful just like the Olive Garden this came with a pop and a cookie for only $17 + tax which is an AMAZING DEAL!!! I will definitely be making this a regular stop!!

This is honestly a diamond in the rough. The food is so good, homemade and delicious. I had one of their combo's for lunch and for less than $20 you can't beat that these days. Even had enough to share (unwillingly!!!)

One of the best kept secrets. This small Soup and Sandwich place Soups and Things is simply delightful. From homemade soup, generous portion of sandwiches and drink, the owners performs culinary alchemy each time. Each time I ordered from the place which is easily in double digits, they never fail me.
Well worth the price and supporting your local business.

I was just at an event were Soups and things catered.I highly recommend them,100 out of 100. I had there burger and pountine.OMG,never in my life have I had a burger that tasted like heaven. They are super nice and accommodated my needs for my food and go that extra mile for you.I just can't say enough about them. The church I go to has outside events am I am going to make sure Soups and Things will be there.I swear on my own life get them to cater your next event, you will not be disappointed. I review books, clothing and food events so I know what I am talking about.I know this burger might look plain but it is do to allergies that I only eat cheese and bacon.
Just tried to visit this location and walked up to the doors at 3:01 they close at 3:00 buddy saw me at the door and hid behind the counter all I wanted was frozen soup LOOL go to country fresh atleast they actually want business and don’t close at stupid early on a Tuesday and then see a customer one minute after closing and don’t even ask if they need anything quick was told to try this place out and this is my experience never again

Great taste, great deal, great service!
Had lunch on a Tuesday. Prices were superb. Had a steak sandwich combo with the soup and drink (came with cookies). Wife had the grill cheese on panini. Portion was so large we took half my sandwich home and had it for dinner. We dined in, dining area was clean. And both the soups and sandwich tasted great. Highly recommended.

Delicious every time. But NEVER open. Frustrating when you are a night owl and want delicious soup.

Good food, huge portions and reasonable prices! For my first time at Soups & Things, I got a small chicken Caesar wrap combo which came with a soup, a pop and cookie, all for $15. The chicken Caesar wrap was way bigger than expected! Will definitely be returning!

Easily the best wrap I’ve ever had. Somehow filling but not too heavy with a wide variety of flavour and texture. If I could only eat one meal in Niagara Falls it would be a wrap from this fine establishment. I would be content if I was only ever allowed to eat here for the rest of my life.
So while I have enjoyed the fares of Soups & Things for years, last night we actually got to enjoy the Food Truck for the first time when they catered an event. Not surprisingly, the Philly Cheesesteak was outstanding. I heard several others rave about the food as well.
First time here, and won’t be the last! Assorted sun was huge and delicious. All the ingredients were super fresh and piled high. Woman at the counter was a pleasure. Can’t wait to dig into the blueberry crumble cheese cake when I get home!
UPDATE: Cheesecake was excellent
UPDATE 2: As per recommendation, tried the Caesar wrap combo - another 10/10 🥙
