Came on vacation in July and chose Sparks as our "fancy" dinner restaurant. It was wonderful and the perfect atmosphere with excellent service but the food was the highlight! Amazing! I am still dreaming about my meal 4 months later! I loved the wine and forgot to ask what it was before I left so I called months later and the wait staff happily referred me to the correct wine. 10/10⭐I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!
Steak prices are a bit high for the place and the service. I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce as an appetizer, but they didn't serve it with toasted bread, they didn't have any. Of course, it was a bit difficult to get the real taste of that sauce without toasted bread. The steak was served with mashed potatoes and roasted green beans. The beans were not tasty.
