Wish I saw the reviews before I purchased sushi from here. Rice is super dry! $21 for probably $12 of sushi

I'm Japanese. I stopped by while sightseeing.
The taste of sushi is not bad.
The ramen is bland and the ingredients are strange. The noodles were overcooked and tasted like soft udon noodles. This cannot be called ramen.
The price was tourist price. I can't help it.
Sushi is not bad. Ramen is no comment.

Disappointed with their ramen. If you're going here then definitely order something else.

The saddest food experience in Canada ever. I'm really sad to leave this review because I would rather tell the owner in person what I didn't like and give them the chance to change. I love giving maximum stars and positive reviews. I don't believe in 1 star reviews because most of them reflect the anger or frustration of the reviewer. That's why I gave 2 stars. But this so called ramen bowl is made of the $1 noodle/ramen soup. All dehidrated noodles are gathered together in one place awaiting to be dipped in hot water. The liquid around the noodles is water with an odd taste that resemble nothing I've tasted before. The noodles were not even boiled properly. They "forgot" to add the egg. I went back to ask for the egg. They try to blame it on me for not asking the egg. When I pointed out that the egg is part of the bowl which costs $16 a gentlemen came and said I will give it to you. I had to wait for a while. I guess they had no eggs ready. He apologized saying that he was training someone. And he gave me an extra egg to show me he was apologetic. For that reason I gave an extra star for the service.
This may sound like a good business model, but to me it felt like a scam. Buy noodles probably with $0.25/pack and add lots of water (therefore no flavor)a few strands of red pepper, bokchoy , chives add half egg and charge $16 plus tax. That's smart.

But I can't believe that whoever is managing hospitality in Niagara Falls, a famous place which represents Canada worldwide, would tolerate such a business inside one of the most visited places at The Falls.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so called ramen bowl. It's nothing like even the ones you buy in the grocery stores. Sadly an unforgettable experience. It's not even the regret of paying for something I could not even eat. It's the feeling of being upset with myself for falling for such a scam. I am responsible for not reading the previous reviews and not asking for my money back as soon as they blamed me for not asking for the egg when I ordered. This all situation made me look like a fool. That's the part that I'm mostly upset about.
However the food itself wasn't just bad; it was sincerely the worst I have ever had. Maybe it is because seeing the name sushi and tempura, I had the expectation of the amazing Japanese food. Sorry Japan for being grossly misrepresented by these people!

You try eating ramen with a flat wooden spoon. Add a rude person at the till, gross boba options, and mealy sushi rice, and this 1-star is well-earned.

Zero stars. This is just a cooler with persevered sushi and noodles. Absolute garbage.

Worst ramen ever. It has nothing to do with Ramen at all, it tastes even worse than soup in a bag. Hard-boiled egg, broth practically tasteless.

The rice has been in the refrigerator for a long time so it's almost like clay and the quality is absolutely not good for the price. Don't eat sushi...

I ordered the ramen. It was disgusting. It wasn't ramen. It was some nasty noodles with bland broth. Way overpriced. Couldn't finish it. Yuck. It's a sin for calling this food. It was not edible at all. Avoid.I didn't even bother to take a photo of the "ramen". That's how bad it was. Would have been a waste of space on my phone.

Sushi tasted plain, same as in supermarkets, you can do better for 16$ . Ramen was better but still pretty basic. Do yourself a favor and go to the restaurant upstairs. For just a bit more you'll get much better food and the

The employee was confused when we ordered and was not very nice when we asked about our order. We ordered sushi and ramen. The sushi was pretty normal, but the ramen did not taste like ramen, and even tastes worse than instant noodles.
