We asked to a cookie and a warm brownie. The lady took forever. There was no more people left. Lady was washing something. I went to ask. She said wait a minute. Lady takes her time and go and put the brownie on the microwave. Why oh why???!!!! Why didn’t she do that from the beginning. Everyone there was taking care off but us. Extremely disappointed on the service.

A very spacious and clean facility. Staff were very friendly and went above & beyond by bringing to my table my personal mug as I returned from the washroom. Given the area demographics, the washroom has to be given access to you. My beverage was perfect.

Chelsea was the opening barista/manager and she had to open on her own. She killed it. She was faster than some people I work with back at my store in the states. The place was clean. She did a phenomenal job. The drinks my partner and I ordered we delicious. Thank you Chelsea for a wonderful experience and it was nice to meet a fellow Starbucks partner here in Canada.

Chelsea was my barista. She was by herself both days I went in and got coffee. One of the days she seems fairly busy was very friendly and did a great job. Coffee both times was good.

Nice location, free ample parking, modern w glass design, spacious, charge stations, plenty of seating, free bathroom but soon will need to be a customer, and staff are friendly. Right across the street from Marriott Courtyard so if you don’t like free hotel coffee you have Starbucks!
Staff is great here. Food I find a little pricey for my liking but I do like their coffee so that's why I go here and it's actually cheaper than the one by Clifton Hill
