Reviews are wrong. Fast service. Prices may be more but come on... It's a tourist destination. Go drink Hortons if you want cheap coffee.I'd come back for sure. :)

Served us a significantly under filled coffee. This was an order with no whip cream.

Rude baristas. Be ready to pay almost the double price for the usual. The barista didn't ask my name... nobody was avaliable to ask if that was my drink. I had to guess. (I saw they were calling other customers by their names)

Service was horrible. Prices are outrageous. Paid $5.50 extra than I normally would for my order. I know it Niagara Falls and I expect to pay more, but not $5.50 more.

Went here 2 mornings in a row. Had no issue with my coffees. They were good. The girl working was very pleasant. The washroom was completely filthy though. No toilet paper or paper towel. Garbage on the floor in a pile beside the toilet and urine caked to the seat. Made me not want to sit in the store to drink my coffee. Also the coffee was 7$ vs 5$ in Toronto but I guess that's to be expected in Niagara Falls. The second day a man was working and said I couldn't scan my app for points if I pay with my debit. I did the day before though and always do when I don't order through my app( it wouldn't let me at this store). Also my grande capp was 9$. I didn't realize until afterwards .

This was our first stop on our recent 2 day break in Niagara and this was the closest Starbucks to the hotel.I ordered a decaf gingerbread latte. I used to work for Starbucks and it’s my favourite and I know the syrup sells quick. It has to be decaf for me as I have a seizure disorder so I have to really limit caffeine (yes, I know decaf has some caffeine). My husband’s coffee came out and the server said his name and what his coffee was. When mine came she slammed it in front of me and said my husband’s name. I asked what it is and she said his name again. I asked again what the drink was and she said gingerbread and turned away. Firstly this is not how Starbucks trains you and secondly I can’t take a chance as she didn’t say decaf. She then said oh yeah it is decaf but I couldn’t take that chance so I asked for it to be remade. She was not happy and took a tantrum, she did start to remake and asked did I want her to video it to prove it. I advised her I simply wanted her to do her job… no more and no less. Just to make a decaf gingerbread latte. If she had just done her job in the first place and given me the confidence she 1. Made decaf. 2. Cared, then I would have been happily sipping my latte. I did not want to end up in hospital on new years night. Please train your staff to the importance of why people ask for decaf or different milks as it’s not always a preference it’s sometimes an allergy or a seizure disorder. DO BETTERWe left with our coffees which quite honestly I couldn’t finish mine as I had zero confidence. We paid $16 for 2 grande coffees…. We stayed in Niagara for 2 days. We had approx 4 coffees per day each ….. so that would have been approx 8 x $16 plus pastries plus a drink for the way home that server lost that location as I wasn’t confident in this location.Dietary restrictions: They do not communicate and I don’t trust this location to listen to the decaf or allergy options
