Buyer beware. This location adds an undisclosed junk fee to the bill and displays it as a tax.

Starbucks is more expensive here. Regular vanilla coffee is like $10

Even though I told them I live in this city, they charged me tax three times. It's ridiculous to pay tourist tax in a place where I'm not a tourist.

This Starbucks location doesn't remove the tourist tax for Canadian residents, the prices they have listed are inaccurate, and you have to pay for a cup of water unlike literally every other Starbucks location - STAY AWAY

They don't have the refill option and they don't take orders from the application or even scan the cart in the cashier. I personally do not recomment that because you just pay for ice cubes!

I live in Mississauga, and in every Starbucks in Mississauga I could use my reward points. But when I went to visit Niagara Falls with my family, and I went to this location to get something and I tried using my reward points but the employee's said that they didn't accept reward points. I don't understand why. I know Starbucks is a franchise but the rules should be the same, and for example if I were to buy gift card in any Starbucks then I should be able to use it in any Starbucks because that makes sense. So this location is cheating and I don't recommend it.

Worst place ever. Everything is overpriced plus the manager . Oh god . I personally saw her I was sitting in the chair she was speaking very rude with one guy. Even she was so very professional who don’t even know that you need to speak in English in front of the customers. Infact she was speaking in her own Punjabi language plus she was using abusive words. Whoever the main manager is please change your manager.

I had the worst experience with this Starbucks! I was returning to the USA with my family and due to the long weekend we were stuck in immigration traffic for almost 4 hours.

Since this was the nearest coffee shop nearby I went to get coffee for my parents and my husband. I ordered an Ice caffe latte which was good. And the other drink was Ice shaken Espresso. I told the guy thrice that I specifically wanted "Ice Shaken Espresso" but he did not make the right one. He just gave me Espresso with Ice!!

It was a hot sunny day so I asked him, Can I get a glass of water? He told me that would be $1.80! I was shocked! I am a big Starbucks fan. Starbucks is my go to place and nobody has ever said no to me for water! And as far as I know Starbucks is the place who never says no to water! Even at times square, New York they gave me a glass of water.

When I asked a guy why would you charge me for a glass or water? He said that's the hotel policy( The weirdest response I ever got).

I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone! I would rather buy chocolates from Hershey's which is right beside Starbucks!

“Normal” Starbucks vibe. Small sitting area. Thankfully not a long wait to order or get items. Had a little hiccup with my order. But, other than that if you “need” Starbucks this is a spot for you to grab it.

Parking: You will have to park a ways away and walk over. We walked over from USA and walked right into this Starbucks. But we did not see any easy parking options for this location.

Kid-friendliness: We saw several children in the establishment with their families.

Wheelchair accessibility: We saw families with family members in wheelchairs at this establishment.

This is a licensee and they don’t honour any promotions. Went on my birthday and they wouldn’t do a birthday drink or honour best friend day. Really disappointing. Also water in a cup is 8 cents now… didn’t know that Starbucks was struggling. Overall, got two medium coffees and two cups of water and it cost me $20, don’t think I’ll go back to any locations.

The most expensive Starbucks I've ever been to, which was frustrating enough before my latte was over an inch empty space and when I brought this to the staff attention, I was told it was fine. Oh and then the $8.50 I was charged somehow magically became $10.36. But I'm sure that's somehow my fault too.

Ridiculous inflated prices compared to Toronto plus an additional “luxury” fee. They charge $1.15 for a tablespoon of lactose-free milk.
