Ordered this morning and waited 20mins for a single drink while 2 other customers who came in got served first. Very disappointing and when I asked the worker seems bothered more than anything. 0 star for the service.

I was there today to place a order at line the person treat us very bad so rude once I came to the window to place order no one open window we knock and wait 10 minutes 3 employees were there but they were making fun and not opening window. My husband went inside to talk to the manager he find out that it's manager herself who was behaving rude. If managers like that how we expect customers service from other employees. It was very rude behavior 😤 😒
I will never go to any star buks and ask others not to go at least this location.

The Spanish girl with the tattoos on her arms who works there served me in the middle of changing the garbage tonight. I paid her, she was working the window, the other barista was making my drink. The one on the window then started to change a garbage and in the middle of it stopped, rinsed her hands for literally 1 second with just water only, grabbed my drink by the top of it where you drink out of and passed it out the window to me. The mouth part was wet from the water on her garbage hands. I'm Completely disgusted , It was the girl with the Spanish accent with the tattoos on her arms. Teach her some hygiene my god.

ordered online, waited forever. defeats the purpose of ordering ahead....because it displays you cant handle the volume and lack capacity to get the job done. are you saving money by under staffing or you want to lose the money to pay your staff with bad service?

I went to this Starbucks with my daughter and honestly had a disappointing experience. We ordered 1 pumpkin spice drink, 2 pumpkin spice cakes, and 1 raccoon cake. The barista at the counter looked super cold and unfriendly, like she didn’t want to be there at all. Still, I gave a tip hoping it might brighten things up.

When we sat down, they brought us 2 pumpkin spice drinks instead of what we actually ordered. I explained that we had ordered 1 drink and 2 cakes. Another guy tried to help, but when he asked her, she insisted that we needed to place the order again. I went back to the register, and she told me we only ordered 2 drinks and 1 cake pop which wasn’t true. She was the one who made the mistake while taking order. Anyways, I ended up paying again for the cakes which was fine with me. Right after I paid, she said they were out of cake and offered a refund. At that point, I also asked for a refund on the extra drink we never ordered or picked up and again she made a frowny face.

The whole time she was rude, with a frowny face, and zero effort to make the experience better. Honestly, I hope she finds some joy in her job, because it felt like she hated being there. Overall, this visit left a bad impression.
