Worst starbucks staff at this location. Never listen to your order. Been here 3 times and all 3 have been garbage. This time was a curdled hot egg nog latte. Not to mention they can never get my name right for the order.

I visit Falls and need a place to work, and this has been my go-to place. The staff here has been super welcoming, and the facility is well maintained. Sometimes, they come and offer you samples of new beverages. I like it here

This has to be the worst Starbucks in the falls hands down, everytime I've gone here they always put cream in my drinks when I ask for no cream I am lactose. Never make the drink correctly and the way they are listed ON THE MENU and always are slow. This place really needs to be managed better.

Lots of seating inside. The grocery store parking lot allows for a good amount of parking. However, there are NO OUTLETS. Can't even get a quick charge while relaxing for a bit. So, forget studying. The music is also quite loud. A relaxing environment and outlets is the reason I go to Starbucks so often. So, yes, disappointed for sure. With any luck, someone will read this and fix these things

Parking: There is an ample lot which extends to a grocer so there is lots of space.
Kid-friendliness: Open space, not crowded. Clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: I personally do not use a wheelchair but there is a lot of parking and everything is flat.

Went Friday for 2 Frappuccino’s, one Java Chip and one caramel. My Java Chip was full of very large ice chunks and not very flavourful, I get them very often so I know how should taste and this was a big miss! I do love Starbucks espresso and drinks so this was a one off but not acceptable.
They never get my order correct. I order online and if I come to soon they scold me. I've walked in and they've assumed I was a food delivery guy and given me the wrong order. I hate it here.

So much attitude my drink didn’t taste right at all Java frap with espresso tasted like cream with chocolate but not coffee like usual I asked to remake it and both management and girl who made it talked back. Idk what to tell u but it literally tasted bland I could tell instantly. I’m not paying $10 for a drink to just be cream and chocolate when I paid for the espresso. Also was rushed to order and then given attitude to move to the pick up order side when looking at the cups (there were no other customers) I don’t understand the attitude u make minimum wage just remake the drink ur not the one paying for it? I was nice at first but the lady was talking back saying she put everything in it but the drink wasn’t even as dark as it usually was. I think I would know if the drink I always get taste rich and flavourful vs just cream with chocolate…..
