Ok so everything about Niagara is awful and terrible! Why? Even the starbucks?!
Why do I have to pay double time? For a sandwich?
I usually pay 5.99 CAD for a breakfast sandwich, and here they proudly have written 10.95! And I payed 40 dollars for 3 sandwiches! So what are these fees?
Also they don't support online order and not mentioned in the app! So that you have to buy in presence and pay at least 18% tip for the orders already doubled!
So I didn't pay 18%! The workers ignored me for couple of minutes and rushing over others orders!
And then they realized I was waiting for 5 minutes! And to my surprise she gave me another sandwich telling that they gave my order to someone else by mistake and now finished in stock what I wanted! And as a compliment she gave me a cookie!?!
What in the world?
Why do you think that people are responsible for your salary?

Needs a health inspection. When I walked in, a crate of pre-made sandwiches, most with meat in them, sat on the counter, unrefridgerated. I was in the place for 20 minutes and they never put it away or looked at it. Lots of food poisoning coming out of this place, I'm sure.Also, the service is insanely slow. Took 20min to get through two pairs of customers before me, and then me. None of us ordered food. Two staff on duty at the time.Staff had good manners, gave a receipt.

This place is absolutely scummy. The staff are also scum as they didn’t give me my receipt until after they were given a tip and handed the food and drinks over. If I saw the “taxes”, I wouldn’t even be tipping these deceitful establishments or their staff, let alone patronizing this place.I sincerely hope this place goes out of business and the staff frothing at the mouth for tips get hit by traffic.

I went to this Starbucks location on my weekend trip to Niagara Falls and was extremely disappointed. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and order the same refresher almost every day. Not only was a tall refresher $10, it was the worst refresher I’ve probably ever had. It tasted as if it had been watered down. :(

Terrible service plus extortionate prices when I asked for a glass of water she was going to charge 1.25 for a glass.I asked why she said Starbucks Pol cy.She finally relented but gave me warm water with no ice.very miserable girl working here
Unbelivably I dropped by seven starbucks in this area. This was the only starbucks selling the city mug near the Niagara Fall. It has sufficient mug / tumbler inventories for the "Canada" and "Toronto".

The breakfast was mediocre and outrageously expensive. I had a small breakfast sandwich, coffee and orange juice. The price $28.55 !!! A fair price for that (including tax) would be about $12.

I ordered 2 drinks, but it was strange, so I checked my card details and found out that it cost 3 drinks.
Looks like I paid wrongly. The receipt is gone too so I’ll move on.

“I can’t warm out your croissant because the oven is not turned on”! - I ordered a coconut drink with no ice and the barista Erwin give me a drink with ice. ‘’ The the policy of the company ‘’. I'm not the boss. his words. Kinda rude. ? I’m a loyal costumer of Starbucks in 2 countries I never got an answer like this . Maybe Starbucks has to train better the personal .
