It's conveniently located right at the ground level of the Hilton Fallsview, so it's nice to grab a cup of joe and get back to our rooms or like we did, we took a stroll to the Fallsview Casino next door with our hot beverages while walking inside on the skywalk (no need for winter jacket, just a nice walk over).
However, I did think my tall bold black coffee was a bit on the steep side in terms of price. I know it's a tourist trap location and in a hotel, but I don't recall having a small simple black coffee to be $4.30 CDN (including tax). That's just me.

The price makes no sense. On top of that Service is so bad too. I don’t understand the tip function/percentage either starting from 25% for a fast food service?? I don’t understand why the tip culture got so abused.

Worst morning coffee I’ve ever had. The morning lady hates her job and it shows in her work. Go to the one in the Wyndham or the one in the casino. Don’t even get me started that an americano is 8 dollars.

Unpleasant experience at this location, during our visit of the Niagara Falls, my wife was wearing cap with Ukrainian symbol, one of the employees started saying that they are russians here and laughing… Unbelievable behaviour. Highly not recommending this place.

I ordered the large coffee mocha with coconut milk - let me tell you that was bad from taste aspect ( not sure if the milk was bad or not) it was not hot at all - I am a Starbucks loyal member for a while and if the rest of their coffee taste like that, I will likely stop going there specially for a charge of $1O and change

The cashier didn't understand or know what's she is doing. She got 2 of 4 drinks wrong & ruined my guests Starbucks experience. Sometimes 1 plus one doesn't equal 2. Plus, she never gave me the scanned discount of 4 drinks for $20 from the app. Sticking to corporate stores next time. Stay away from here!

On June 19th, 2024, my wife and I visited the Hilton fallsview Starbucks in morning. After waiting in a long line and receiving our drinks, my wife requested ice for her tea. I politely approached the only male staff member who identified himself as a manager and asked for a cup of ice.
He informed me that I would need to rejoin the queue and place a separate order for the ice. My wife, observing the situation, decided to try herself. She was able to obtain a cup of ice quickly.
This inconsistency in treatment raised concerns about potential gender bias. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he explained it as a company policy requiring separate ice orders. This explanation seemed questionable, especially since it appeared to be an isolated incident and my wife didn’t pay for ice as well.

First of all, flies on the goodies. Your regular prices are already too expensive so why not cover food? Second, they are robbing people by multiplying and taking twice the price.
It’s a convenient location but the prices in Niagara are ridiculous at almost $7 for a regular coffee and $13 for a specialty ice coffee is a complete rip off that makes absolutely no sense.
