Exceptionally slow.
I hard really ask everyone who supports Starbucks to not buy nothing in this Starbucks because they are very greedy have not manners,
I when with my 3-year-old and my family to this location and my son told me he wanted water so it was summer time. So I went to the cashier and asked her in the best way to provide me with a little cup of water from the top for the kid and she said not I have to pay for it. When I say I already spent $88 dollars with them for 3 coffees plus 2 sandwiches, so I need a water she laughed sarcastically in my face. Its not acceptable that Starbucks is not even a Canadian store and we need to pay for a little cup of top water. And is not even for the cost of the water that she is telling me to pay is that is was for a kids and I spent $88 dollars already in the store, it's not possible that you have to pay to for the water when u are a customer at the moment..

The Starbucks is inside the Marriott hotel. The employees were friendly, the service was fast and everything was great.

How is it possible to get a different cappuccino at every Starbucks I go to? I give specific instructions and still get something between a cappuccino and late every time.

Overpriced garbage with extra tourist taxes and bad service. Wish there were other choices.

After drinking most of my hot chocolate, I vomited. Wonder how fresh the milk was…

Getting too expensive for what it is.
More expensive, slower than other Starbucks, and many things could be sold out … but these are probably normal for most shops in this region. Staffs are good but really can’t say it is a very good overall experience.

There is no other customers in the store but Stephanie ignores me and my friend for about 5 minutes. I don’t understand why there are two staffs in the store but no one see me and my friend. Terrible and awkward customer service

27+ minutes waiting in a line with only 7 people in front. I had to leave when it came to me as no time to wait after paying for beverages...had a bus to Toronto to catch. one staff filling stock when it would have been more useful behind counter or can only 1 out of 4 staff make the drinks? 1 staff just looked In a daze clearly needed a coffee himself barely looked awake.Didn't get our drinks today. Can't wait to find a proper Starbucks In Toronto that doesn't charge way over the regular price. Beware this is common for starbucks in Niagara. $8.50 before tax and before they add on this stupid tourist levy fee.Top tip... don't use starbucks in the hotels or in Niagara at all for that matter if you're not able to wait a long time or willing to pay $10+ a drink and that'll only get you've grande (medium)

It is so nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel. Coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick with the orders. Plenty of seating by the Starbucks. Pastries were good too- will definitely be visiting this hotel Starbucks again before we leave!
Paid $24 for a tiny breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino that didn’t even taste that good. Very slow service and they messed up my friends order by not knowing how to make a medicine ball tea.
