Stirling Niagara Pub & Eatery

The latest incarnation of an eatery in the 5 corners neighborhood in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Open a few years now, I've increased my visitations over the past year. The pizza and wings are great, the service is solid, and the general vibe is a pleasing bistro-meets-sports bar.

I've enjoyed every visit and am quick to recommend it.

To the owners, I'm a stickler for clean glasses, and on more than one occasion, I've had to return a glass that wasn't up to standard, such as lipstick and spots. Attention from the bar staff can address that.

Ps. Having read a few 1-star ratings, I call out they have the wrong place or seem very jaded.

Ordered takeout in the restaurant. 45 mins later we went up to ask about our food they said it all just came out but out pizza and wings were cold. We didn't want to wait and just paid left and warmed up at home. Too expensive for what you pay and service sucked. No happy they lied when we saw our food come out about 20 mins before but we didn't know it was ours. We thought they would of told us.

I'm not going lie kind of bad and went down hill. atmosphere nice though service was also rude to me and took a long time for my food to come. I had chicken wings that tasted like barbecue and buffalo together very weird flavor and kind of gross chicken wings could someone please tell me what flavor it is that would be nice. also please put on the menu that cheese and pepperoni is a topping and that it is a extra charge. I thought it was to much money overall because of the tax but if your rich then maybe you will like the food.

Nice restaurant aesthetically. The two main servers are almost all business. Because they are busy. The food is decent. They have 2 wings sizes. I had the jumbo. I don't want to see the small ones. Think NOT like Buffalo wings from the Anchor Bar. Jumbo size is the way to go. Pizza is house made completely. It was good. You will need to go a couple of times until you get your order down pat so that your pie is perfect.

Steer clear this place it was really bad. The waitress was snarky said to me the cheese is considered a topping; I replied Pizza is not pizza without cheese and your menu clearly states the pizza includes one topping. They claim their Pizza is New York style pizza but it's more like a Tony's Pizza that you put in the microwave except worse because they coat the bottom with hard little cornmeal pieces and very small the picture is not realistic that you see online because that one looks really good and decent sized.They told me that they charged my bill for cheese and pepperoni; who does that? This place is really nickel and dime people... since when is it an Upcharge to have cheese on a pizza. And the menu clearly states that it includes one topping I guess they think the topping that's included is the sauce? (I lived in New York during the summer I know what true New York Pizza is) And honey this ain't it! They did not tell me they were up charging me almost $4 for the pepperoni either which I thought it was included cuz the menu clearly states one free topping. We ordered wings and those were our biggest biggest disappointment because they were black inside/ not fresh ; yet small and rubbery; not kidding! To make matters worse they also charged us almost $4 for blue cheese and rotted celery and carrots that tasted like mildew and mold. The blue cheese was only filled half way and it tasted strong of vinegar and mayonnaise I did not know where the blue cheese was! because it was not in it; I suppose them filling the alleged blue cheese halfway was a favor; because it was that terrible. The buffalo wings they cut with ketchup and hot sauce which is not a true buffalo wings and does not taste good at all ; which adds to the wet soggy texture of the wings!!! Sadly they stole $50 from me for terrible food; I actually called the waitress over because we wanted to order something else because everything else was gross thought maybe the nachos would be okay ; So by her ignoring us she actually did us a favor because we probably would have regretted those as well. The group I went with wanted to go to Swiss chalet and I insisted on this place. Never again!

Noisy! Service wasn't bad but the food I had sucked, except for the salad.Had the Philly steak on a bun. Bun was good but the meat had no flavor at all. Tasted like soggy chopped up pieces of cardboard.
Would not eat there again.

Waitresses are great. Super friendly. Kitchen staff could not be slower. Expect to wait an hour plus for basic orders. It is beyond rediculous how slow the kitchen is.

Too bad, the waitresses have to deal with the kitchen.

Ordered pizza and wings to go for a birthday party and everyone loved the pizza and wings ! Said its the best pizza and wings they've had ! Absolutely delicious!

It took an HOUR to get our apps and no it wasn’t busy when we went. When we finally got our food only half of us got it an hour and 30 minutes AFTER ordering while the others waited STILL for there food and we could see the owner and the waitress taking shots and having a great time. Very happy for them ?. Update: asked for the manager/owner to come out after the horrendous service and he was too intoxicated to come and speak to us. Never again. Absolutely ridiculous

Very good pizza and wings. Pizza was thin crust with plenty of cup and char. Very clean and plenty of tv’s to watch sports.

Little pub with a great menu. My freinds and I went on Labour Day and it wasn't too busy so we enjoyed chatting and being silly with the owner. If you need a change check them out. We definitely need to go back and check out the very unusual apps!

First few visits were ok. We returned as last time there old owners not so good first couple times amazing pizza and food. However 3rd time back seems not much has changed. Ordered specific items cooked a certain way and it was not done which normally isn't an issue but then forgot to ever return and we watched the same food come out multiple times as we waited, finally asked again ETA, only to return with worse, less cooked. Would have been OK mistakes happen apologize and we all move on, but the staff seemed annoyed and not bothered. Aren't often very friendly for the most part. Not unfriendly of sorts just seem they'd rather be somewhere else.
