The view is great. But the food options are very low for the price. I don’t recommend it for their restaurant. Maybe its more worth it to get the ticket for the observatory itself.

We thought we would try the buffet as it has received some very mixed reviews. The best thing about our visit was the after buffet visit to see the falls from the view point. The meal was very disappointing especially the main courses. There was a salad cold section but things like olives remained empty as staff failed to top up the empty dishes. Not being a meat eater I picked up newly topped up vegetable pad Thai looking dish....sadly on return to table found it was only luke warm, the fish was over cooked and soggy coated and the small Jacket spuds well overcooked. Really disappointed as was meant to be a celebration night out. Did tell the guy who cleared the plates but he just said 'sorry about that'. Would not recommend if you like freshly made home cooked meals. Eat elsewhere and go for the views if you must....

Waited around for 20 minutes (two of us) after we got there with a reservation. The food was cold and terrible options at the buffet. Wouldnt reccomend at all!!

Service was terrible. All the waiters did was to remind you of your time you had, we felt very rushed, the food selection was very basic for the price and every server had attitude. Not a smile or a thank you for dining with them. The automatic 18% gratuity was added to every bill we had, even though we paid separately; no choice because we all sat together. They definitely didn't deserve it. Will not be back. Oh, and if you're local, make sure you tell them at the beginning or they automatically charge you a tourist tax. They don't even ask. Very disappointed, this is where we chose to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday.

Wish I read the reviews. Food was awful, everything was cold and flavorless, literally the worst buffet ever! Don't waste your money, the only positive thing we got to see the falls from above!

Staff and atmostphere were great but they need a new chef and test all dishes or revise their recipes, and correct them all. It was incredible how poor the quality of the raw materials were. Salmon wasn't fresh nor edible, sirloin beef was ok, scallop and shrimp creol were mediocre and the seafood had no flavor of its own, pork ribs in sauce was tough, not properly prepared. Seafood like shrimps, squid in salad weren't fresh. The raw materials wasn't of good quality so the food didnt have any characters or taste. I had a bite of all i took but couldnt eat. My friend is a chef and felt the same.
Good experience :Staff at the registration box was very service minded, advises that we go to the cinema to watch the story about the Falls to past time while waiting for our dinner. Waiting staff also were attentive.

We enjoyed our meals very much. Our waitress was great. We had a beautiful view of the falls. After dining we were able to go to the observation deck as part of our meal price.

Don't expect any good quality of food and good service in a tourist area. They just feed you the food and make you full. The only selling point is the view of Niagara Falls.

got placed at a table not even overlooking the falls or any window at all, which is crazy because it cost me OVER FOUR HUNDRED FLIPPING DOLLARS to eat here. food was mediocre and i got no view. only
bonus was the hot staff that cleaned the tables. sorry but i do not recommend. literally had to stuff my pockets with mediocre cookies and it still wasn’t worth it. don’t go here.

Please don't go there. I'm begging you. If you just want to see the view, it's good for viewing only. The food was so bad and not worth $80 or whatever. The service was bad, and the buffet lacked variety. If you're willing to go, just stay at the hotel and spend a night there. I wouldn't recommend going to the buffet, but I heard it's free for hotel guests. But please don't go there to eat; it's just for staying and viewing.

They don't respect your date, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to attend to us, then they make us move to a dirty table and again we wait for them to clean and prepare it.
Little variety of food.
Expensive price in relation to food service.
We will never go back to this place again.

The buffet closed Oct 19 2024 and won't open until May 2025. I almost made the reservation but was lucky to call and found out it wad closed for the season. They should indicate when it closes for the reason and disable booking on their website as well.
I don't understand the negative reviews. The view was magnificent. The food was good for the price. Great service and nice atmosphere. Would visit again!

got there around 17h30 for their 40$ buffet deal and was quite disappointed the price was for the view rather than the food... barely waited in line and we were alone in the elevator, got a few pictures but once we got to the actual buffet the only seats next to the windows were for 2 or 6??quite disappointing, but nevertheless i expected to at least eat good food but that wasn't the case. the hot food was bland and very fast food type (pasta, fries, chicken fingers, noodles), the salad bar was mediocre, the desserts were dry and too sweet. overall so incredibly disappointed but at least the view at the top is included ig..
