Although we ended up not making it back in time, we stopped in to make a reservation after going to the observation deck of Skylon Tower. Alex G was so welcoming. He gave us excellent suggestions for the best ways to enjoy our visit. What a great employee!
If you walk in expecting what is advertised, be prepared to be disappointed. The food is sub-par at best. Some items were good enough that you could etch out a meal, but not the rest. Avoid the calamari salad, it was awful. I might suggest actually using prime rib roast instead of the roast beef that is being cut and served to you like you are at your high school lunch line.

Not worth it for the price, restaurant is way better. We went for the birthday, paid $600+ for 8 people. 18% tip charge rightaway, 13% tax, + APF $14.
Better to go to a restaurant. Considering you see a better view from the circling seating, which doesn't happen in the buffet.
