We had a wonderful time at the Swiss Chalet , the food was fantastic and the server ( Laura) was a pleasure. She made our time there so fun . At the end of our meal our server brought out finger bowls. They are bowls for you to clean your hands in water with lemon. It was a fun experience and Laura was very fun and helpful with everything we ask her. Definitely recommend and we would definitely come again.!!!

The worst service in the Niagara region, after our order was placed I witnessed at least 10 people who were seated after us , eating , when questioned the 30 year service employee lied , never got our order and will never eat in a Swiss Chalet again.

My first and my last time. For a place known for their chicken, how can you not have steady supply of ready chicken. I ordered only quarter chicken and it took and hour. The cashier also asked if I needed utensils. As I was traveling from out of town, it was much needed. I did not get them. I was also not the only one to be disappointed. During the hour as I was waiting, another waiting customer had her order stolen. Overall I would not recommend this location.

Thanksgiving came in a box of chill— Chicken cold, potato still. Stuffing stiff, sauce congealed, A feast that warmth forgot to yield.
And the roll? A rock-hard bite, No comfort in this festive night. Microwave rescue shouldn’t be the norm— I craved a meal, not a reheat storm.
Jen are servicer was very friendly. It was my First time at your restaurant. Food was so good Enjoyed it very much. You should be back in the States. Lol

We go to this location of Swiss Chalet often. The service is excellent and we always enjoy our meal. The staff are friendly and helpful. Oslidia always greets us with a big smile, makes us feel at home and encourages us to come back again and we always do! It's nice to have a restaurant that is consistently a pleasure to visit.
Swiss chalet has fallen into the gutter. Nothing is quality anymore. The service is less than any minimum standard required of restaurants. The fries are over cooked, and mostly burnt bits are always in the plate. The chicken size has shrunk as if they are using chicken weighing less than 2 pounds. Chicken is at most times over cooked and dry bordering burnt. The waiters are usually rude and argue with you when you make an observation or complaint about the food/service. It's not worth spending your hard earned cash at any of these locations. Go elsewhere.
