It's been an honor to meet the kind-hearted owner Lucy and family. They were busy preparing for their annual company party but she spends time to chat with us sharing her healthy recipes and gave us complimentary dessert from the house!

The portions are definitely getting smaller. My chicken thigh bone looked like a wing bone. My last meal i had a baked potato and it was so over backed i actually took it back, manager said this is how the potatoes are made to look? That's the way it is. The chickens look like thd size of baby chickens.

My husband and four children and I arrived on Saturday, January 10th, at 2 p.m. We were seated promptly by a lovely hostess with dark curly hair, but that was the end of the pleasantries. We sat for 25 minutes, waiting for a server, and the manager, a tall older man, was busy flirting with older ladies while we waited. It wasn’t even busy, yet our server was invisible, running plates as if she were the sole server of the entire restaurant. After 25 minutes, the manager continued his flirtatious conversation right beside us. Frustrated, we decided to leave. He looked shocked, and we explained that we had been waiting for so long and couldn’t endure it any longer. He simply looked shocked and didn’t say a word. This was a terrible experience, and we strongly advise against visiting this location.

The greeting by Oslidia on a crazy busy night was incredible! 2 can dine for $19.99 meant a packed house with servers and hosts busting their butts to have guests seated quickly and enjoying their meals. Love this spot and so adorable for a family of 4!

Hostess, Oslidia, is the friendliest person! She was very welcoming and chatted with each guest. The service was great! Jay was very friendly and informative. The restaurant was very busy and Jay followed up with us when our food was taking a little longer. Food was delicious and portions are huge! Best coconut cream pie EVER!
I haven’t been to the restaurant in quite sometime .. I received a flyer in the mail for a promotion they were having today .. I decided to bring my mother in law for her birthday. The minute we got there we were greeted by a fantastic bubbly hostess named Oslidea, she was extremely freindly and had us both laughing. It was a great start to be put in a fun happy mood before eating. Our server Charles was fantastic fast and friendly. Our food came out by a man named Dan who was also so friendly and funny! Including all this amazing service we received our food and it came out piping hot and cooked to perfection! The chicken was moist the fries were crispy and our bun was warm. When we were leaving I let them know what a great experience it was from beginning to end and that I wanted to leave a review. They also gave us a free desert to take home because it was my mother in laws birthday. We left with smiles and will be back sooner than later ! The service and food was a 12 out of 10! Thank you Lucy and your Swiss chalet staff .. you have picked a great crew ! Keep up the amazing work !
