The dishes were delicious, the ambiance was incredible, and the staff was exceptional. We opted for takeout.

We went there last night. The Schnitzel was delicious! The manager Pajaz was very kind and made our night rememberable, especially in Canada. Thank you

I usually give Chabad ventures the most leeway possible as they are providing religious services in locations otherwise bereft of them, but my experience at this restaurant was truly subpar. The air-conditioning wasn’t working or non-existent (I saw one overhead unit that was either broken, insufficient, or both). Luckily it was only 80* outside, but it was very uncomfortable nonetheless. There was an abundance of flies of various species flying around the tightly-packed premises. The bread was stale and tasteless, as was the cucumber and tomato salad (fault of the produce, seasoning, or both). The trio of salads were likely mass-produced, and if not, certainly tasted as such. The chicken thigh was overseasoned. The schnitzel and fries were well cooked, so I added one star for that. The dessert was a slice of a mass-produced parve ice cream cake with three cherries and overripe melon, the cake being in either coffee or chocolate flavor, luck of the draw as no one checked what you wanted. One main dish was forgotten for most of our time there despite being followed up on multiple times, even though we’re talking about a prix fixe menu. At one point the premises was flooded with smoke from a grease fire in the kitchen. If you can figure out meals elsewhere on your way to or leaving from Niagara, I highly suggest that alternative.

This has got to be the most humiliating and degrading situation to ever happen to me with this so called “restaurant”.
Coming in it was very dirty the seats and floor were filthy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We were sat by a cloth which was apparently how they separate the dairy side of the restaurant.
There was no air or ventilation- only smoke from the grill which made my eyes as well as my family very irritated.
There seemed to be enough staff but took forever to get anyone to help take our order etc. once we finally did we were told one thing and then when it came to the bill they decided that it was ok to overcharge us even though I questioned the bill. Then when I proceeded to ask why my 2 and 4 year old were both charged as an adult meal they said and I quote “ I don’t need this shit” to me in front of the entire restaurant and that they won’t refund me.
I think it’s insane to run a business that way and let such incompetent employees behave in such a manor. The food was mid. The service was disgraceful. After I forced him to call the owner he said I will get refunded only $20. We will see if that actually happens and I will be back to report it here and to my CC company. That is in no way to treat a paying customer who just spent about $500!!
Insane prices. Not worth it. I don’t even spend this much in Manhattan. Find another place for your kosher needs. Thank you for ruining my mom’s birthday dinner.

When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation (which we hadn't). Our server, Vee went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were so grateful!
The food did not disappoint at all chicken grilled to perfection!
looking forward to going back (with a reservation especially in peak season).

Very happy with the service.
We were grateful to have a kosher restaurant to go to. It was a soft launch and it blew my mind how good and fresh and hot the food is. There is a prix fixe for $60 per person plus tax. The meal starts with an unlimited appetizer course- salads like matbucha, hummus, baba ganoush, Israeli salad and fries (chips). Everyone was given a chilled bottle of water and offered cans of soda and hot bread. The entrees were pargiot, schnitzel (and for an extra $12 a ribeye). For me the schnitzel was out of this world. Tender inside, flaky and crispy on the outside. But all the entrees were amazing! There is a dessert course that also comes with it and it was a non dairy ice cream cake slice and or fruit. I was so full. So delicious.
DO NOT TRUST. And don’t trust the website times or hours…… An absolute travesty. My wife and I saw on the website that it’s opened and saw “opened” for the entire week. Of course when we come down here to call and make reservations they are closed indefinitely… I made reservations at the Sheraton here and we are staying for another 3 days and didn’t bring food. I guess vegetarian subs for the next 3 days it is. Something I told hashem I’d stop doing!

MEAT PORTION: Despite the lack of menu options, service is very kind, and the food is pretty much a regular meal you could make at home, but it's still pretty good. Best part about it is that it's Kosher. And I think it's the only kosher one around the area.
