Being an Ontario resident I didn't like the tourist tax on my bill and there was a gratuity already added as well. A little presumptuous to say the least. Otherwise everything was good.

My wife and I both got a burger and a beer. The food was excellent, it was a bit of a wait for the food but it was hot and fresh so the 15-20 min wait was well worth it. The staff was good no complaints. The beer was very overpriced at $11CDN. Our bill was $100 for 2 $11 beers and two burgers and fries. The unexpected 8% on the bill is why they got 3 stars instead of 5 stars that being said it also cut into the tip I gave by more than half. Take away the 8% Niagara Tourism Fee and I’m sure you’ll get more tips and better reviews. We likely won’t be back until the fee is removed.

Beware of tip scam! They added a huge tip and when asked they said it’s never happened before but can’t be undone or refunded. She said she must have pushed the button by accident when placing the debit machine on the table. Server said to email management and they would get back to us within 24 hours???

It was Thanksgiving so we ordered the Thanksgiving dinner. Food was amazing and service was great.

I highly recommend this TGIF location for great food and service.

My friend and I had a really good time at the TGI Friday's restaurant yesterday the food was great and Kylie is an excellent waitress. But be careful it's very expensive

Servers are the best part. Cheerful, attentive and funny.
Food is run of the mill, nothing terrible but also nothing great.
All prices are in USD which is weird since it's in Canada.

Stopped in for lunch, I got the two bleu bacon burger. The burger was really good, came with fries. The service was good as well. The only issue was that it was $30. It wasn't $30 good. Got a diet coke and with an 18% tip plus tax and tourism levy the bill was $50. I understand it is a tourist area but it seemed a little gougy. Probably would have gone somewhere else if we had time.

The waiter did not check in on us. The food was terrible. I ordered the salmon with whiskey. Couldn't taste whiskey just sugar. I had to eat afterwards because of the portion. The bill was outrageous for salmon ribs and a beer. Do not recommend

The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The food was alright, pretty over priced for what you get. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing but it seemed like nothing was fresh, and you don’t get your moneys worth.

Worst fish &chip ever.They took it right from a capital highline package. Price was $30.00.Menu in US funds.Then added 18 percent gratuities. I'm a local person. Won't be back.

We came here for my husband's birthday dinner. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. My salad was super fresh and my husband's sandwich meat was cooked really well. The prices were a tad bit high, but thw quality and portions justify it. I had a coupon, which helped. I highly recommend the fries and gravy. Chad, the waiter was very pleasant and does his job very well.

We came here as it was one of the very few restaurants open until late but the food quality, taste as well as potion was unreal and the price was unreasonable. The server did compensate for the poor quality food with free dessert so big ups to her tho!
