On September 12,2025 @ 1:30pm My husband and I decided to bring our mother to the casino. As our mother enjoyed the casino grounds, we decided to get a quick bite to eat at the Deli restaurant, located inside the casino. We sat down at a table where there were plugs to charge our laptops. I walked up to the host to ask for menus, and was told the seats that we chose were not available. I told the gentleman that we needed a table that had an outlet, and he walked away. After 5 mins, we made eye contact and her shrugged his shoulders. It is now 2:07 pm and no service is provided. The lack of customer service is appalling and disrespectful. Never have we experienced such behavior. To the waitress, making eye contact and not even asking if we need any assistance, water, a menu etc. We are very disappointed and recommend others not to dine at the Falls Deli.
If there was an option to give it Zero Stars, I would have done so.

On September 6th, I had breakfast here with my mom while we did a little morning slot play at the casino. Our serve server was Virginia #6385, Who took extra special care of my medically necessary gluten-free needs. I really appreciated her service and care that she took in communicating with the kitchen that day. I wanted to leave her a good review, to let management know that she is absolutely wonderful.
Every time my mom and I visit Fallsview Casino Resort, we are early and we eat breakfast here when they open at 8:00.
Breakfast food is always prepared fresh, they don't skimp on food as there is always plenty on the plate.
Staff has always been friendly and welcoming.
I don't know what the lunch and supper is like but I highly recommend The Falls Deli for breakfast.

Very disappointing service. Our server forgot my tea refill, and when we flagged him down, he said he’d be right with us but never came back. We constantly had to flag someone down just to get attention, and even then no one followed through. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
I'm sitting at the falls deli right now eating the worst Poutine I've ever eaten in my life and I've eaten many poutins in 55 years

it's a great and wonderful place and I really enjoy being there and I wish I could work there
The new waiter name Zach was totally rude. He doesn't know how to do his job well. I asked him politely because we are about to pay and ready to go, he answered back with an attitude and when I reminded him what was his bad manners towards us, he didn't even acknowledge it nor apologize. There are a lot of people who wanted to have a job and needs it so much. If this white racist waiter doesn't like his job, there are other people who are better to replace him. I always eat at Deli but this was a bad customer service from him. 👎

I'll just cut to the chase. Staff was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The food however, was not good. Ordered a burger, side of fries and a Rueben sandwich. The burger was extremely dry, flavorless and thin. To say that the fries were unseasoned would be an insult to unseasoned food. Not a grain of salt or flavour was added to them before or after they were cooked. The meat on the Rueben sandwich was tough and chewy for the most part. We had come to this placed based on a glowing recommendation another guide made. I don't know what he was on when he made his review. Maybe he anticipated that I'd be coming in on 4/20 and he celebrated my future arrival in advance. All kidding aside. I was very disappointed with the food. The staff is the only reason that made this dining experience somewhat pleasant.
The food is great and the staff are friendly. They include white bread and whole grain bread options, which is thoughtful for people who want to eat healthier. If I remember correctly, they also provide different sweetners (sugar, stevia) for our coffee.
If you come here, you must remember to bring your own containers in case you can't finish your food because they don't have any (this was in Oct 2023). When I first came here, I didn't know they serve coleslaw with our food. It didn't taste good so they had to go to waste. It would've been beneficial to let us know so we can prevent food waste.

Very nice restaurant!Food is fresh and tasty! Big thanks to our Sever Wenjie(Jay), he was friendly and attentive, helped us a lot. thanks
We arrived at 11am on a Saturday which is when they were switching from breakfast to lunch which was fine because we were there for lunch. We were at the front of the line, but they had us stand there for 30 minutes waiting to get in despite the fact that many tables were clean and available. Once seated, another 10 minutes went by before our orders were taken quite abruptly from the server. Have you seen those theme restaurants online where they treat you poorly because it's funny? It was like that but it wasn't funny. We ordered salads. Nothing from the deli or anything that needed to be cooked. It took them over 20 minutes to put salads together. They were good enough salads but we saw people who were seated after us and ordered after us receive their cooked orders before our uncooked salads. Brutal.
Shared a vegetable omelette with rye toast and a side of Yukon Gold potatoes.
More than enough for two.
Cappuccino needs a little work!
Overall, a good place for breakfast!
This Falls Deli restaurant is nice and cozy, with a friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Be sure to try the three-cheese grilled sandwich—it’s a must! The prices are fair for the portions served. Just watch out for the spinning slot lights next door; your meal could end up costing much more ... 😉 However, if you have a Momentum card, you might receive a food voucher to cover your meal. Good luck!
