it's a great and wonderful place and I really enjoy being there and I wish I could work there
The new waiter name Zach was totally rude. He doesn't know how to do his job well. I asked him politely because we are about to pay and ready to go, he answered back with an attitude and when I reminded him what was his bad manners towards us, he didn't even acknowledge it nor apologize. There are a lot of people who wanted to have a job and needs it so much. If this white racist waiter doesn't like his job, there are other people who are better to replace him. I always eat at Deli but this was a bad customer service from him. đ
I'll just cut to the chase. Staff was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The food however, was not good. Ordered a burger, side of fries and a Rueben sandwich. The burger was extremely dry, flavorless and thin. To say that the fries were unseasoned would be an insult to unseasoned food. Not a grain of salt or flavour was added to them before or after they were cooked. The meat on the Rueben sandwich was tough and chewy for the most part. We had come to this placed based on a glowing recommendation another guide made. I don't know what he was on when he made his review. Maybe he anticipated that I'd be coming in on 4/20 and he celebrated my future arrival in advance. All kidding aside. I was very disappointed with the food. The staff is the only reason that made this dining experience somewhat pleasant.
The food is great and the staff are friendly. They include white bread and whole grain bread options, which is thoughtful for people who want to eat healthier. If I remember correctly, they also provide different sweetners (sugar, stevia) for our coffee.
If you come here, you must remember to bring your own containers in case you can't finish your food because they don't have any (this was in Oct 2023). When I first came here, I didn't know they serve coleslaw with our food. It didn't taste good so they had to go to waste. It would've been beneficial to let us know so we can prevent food waste.

Very nice restaurantïŒFood is fresh and tastyïŒ Big thanks to our Sever WenjieïŒJayïŒïŒ he was friendly and attentiveïŒhelped us a lot. thanks
We arrived at 11am on a Saturday which is when they were switching from breakfast to lunch which was fine because we were there for lunch. We were at the front of the line, but they had us stand there for 30 minutes waiting to get in despite the fact that many tables were clean and available. Once seated, another 10 minutes went by before our orders were taken quite abruptly from the server. Have you seen those theme restaurants online where they treat you poorly because it's funny? It was like that but it wasn't funny. We ordered salads. Nothing from the deli or anything that needed to be cooked. It took them over 20 minutes to put salads together. They were good enough salads but we saw people who were seated after us and ordered after us receive their cooked orders before our uncooked salads. Brutal.
Shared a vegetable omelette with rye toast and a side of Yukon Gold potatoes.
More than enough for two.
Cappuccino needs a little work!
Overall, a good place for breakfast!
This Falls Deli restaurant is nice and cozy, with a friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Be sure to try the three-cheese grilled sandwichâitâs a must! The prices are fair for the portions served. Just watch out for the spinning slot lights next door; your meal could end up costing much more ... đ However, if you have a Momentum card, you might receive a food voucher to cover your meal. Good luck!
This is a great place to eat if you don't want to leave the casino. The prices are a bit higher than you would pay away from the casino, but it is convenient.
The staff are very friendly and the service was quick. The food was very good.
You can also use your points to help pay for the bill

The accessible seating needs to be changed. For someone sitting in a wheelchair visibility is poor. Placing accessible seating at the back of the venue is not acceptable, it needs to be moved to the front where people can not stand up in front of you.
Level2 food was terribly greasy and soggy. Not to mention our waitress had an attitude and was talking behind back to other employees because we had a big order mind you it was a CASH purchase Manager did not come over after he talked to her because she started complaining to him to and also did not come when we had bugs in our food after they had just sat it down nasty!!! Not even an apology.
Falls Deli & Fallsview Casino, Niagara Falls, Ontario â A Savage Journey to the Heart of Culinary Simplicity
Arriving here is like stumbling onto a well-hidden mirage amid the neon-lit fever dreams of Niagara Falls, where the lure of table games and overpriced cocktails usually spell a quick descent into madness. But not here. No, at Falls Deli, theyâve mastered an ancient recipe for satisfaction: serve great food, and do it simply. Nothing fancy, nothing pretentious. Just honest, gut-level perfection.
From the moment we stepped in, greeted by a host whose kindness could have easily landed them in another line of work, we knew we were in for something beyond the usual casino eats. Within seconds, we were shepherded to a table with a view that would turn Hemingway lyrical â the roaring falls glimmering in the distance, a reminder that nature's majesty is just a few steps from man's casino excess.
Enter our server â a punctual apparition with a notepad and a knack for reading minds. Drinks were taken and burgers were ordered with ruthless efficiency. Three of us went in for the prime rib burgers, and as they made their grand approach, the scent alone promised something almost holy. Massive and glistening, they were the kind of burgers you remember â juicy, monumental, perfect enough to make you question every other burger you've ever had.
But it was the Montreal smoked meat sandwich that got me â a towering stack of juicy, smoke-imbued meat layered between fresh bread that was soft and warm, like a hug in carbohydrate form. You could tell this wasnât some stale disaster pulled out of a cold case in the back. No, this was hand-crafted, treated with reverence â a love letter to the sandwich arts. Each bite sang with smokiness and salt, backed by that rare bread that complements rather than competes.
Between the superb service, the falls view that frames every bite with grandeur, and food that speaks to the soul of a weary traveler, Falls Deli is a beacon. Iâd call it a hidden gem if that didnât sound so clichĂ©, but maybe itâs that and something more â a final refuge for those who crave something genuinely good, uncomplicated, and comforting amid the flashing lights and slot-machine frenzy. Highly recommend.

Rude servers, doors were open and beeâs just kept flying in. Food is not good. Wouldnât return, ever. The casino really ought to change this place to something better. Itâs ridiculous.

This place used to be great but theyâve changed it a bit and now itâs just good. Still works well for a quick bite within the Casino. June 2022 update as it has now temporarily moved to the Grand Buffet seating area and itâs a much nicer atmosphere better and it seems to food has gotten a bit better as well with some nice daily specials on weekends to choose from ?? July 2022 update: Has now moved back to its original location as the Grand Buffet is now open. Deli now has a condensed menu which is not as appealing and is a bit on the pricier side as well so we are going down a star from 4 to 3 unfortunately. January 2023 update gets them back up to 4 star as theyâve brought some items back and are doing things better thankfully. November 2023 update goes do own to 3 stars as theyâve shrunk their menu, reduced their hours and seem to be understaffed causing slower service.
