The accessible seating needs to be changed. For someone sitting in a wheelchair visibility is poor. Placing accessible seating at the back of the venue is not acceptable, it needs to be moved to the front where people can not stand up in front of you.

Level2 food was terribly greasy and soggy. Not to mention our waitress had an attitude and was talking behind back to other employees because we had a big order mind you it was a CASH purchase Manager did not come over after he talked to her because she started complaining to him to and also did not come when we had bugs in our food after they had just sat it down nasty!!! Not even an apology.

Falls Deli & Fallsview Casino, Niagara Falls, Ontario – A Savage Journey to the Heart of Culinary Simplicity

Arriving here is like stumbling onto a well-hidden mirage amid the neon-lit fever dreams of Niagara Falls, where the lure of table games and overpriced cocktails usually spell a quick descent into madness. But not here. No, at Falls Deli, they’ve mastered an ancient recipe for satisfaction: serve great food, and do it simply. Nothing fancy, nothing pretentious. Just honest, gut-level perfection.

From the moment we stepped in, greeted by a host whose kindness could have easily landed them in another line of work, we knew we were in for something beyond the usual casino eats. Within seconds, we were shepherded to a table with a view that would turn Hemingway lyrical – the roaring falls glimmering in the distance, a reminder that nature's majesty is just a few steps from man's casino excess.

Enter our server – a punctual apparition with a notepad and a knack for reading minds. Drinks were taken and burgers were ordered with ruthless efficiency. Three of us went in for the prime rib burgers, and as they made their grand approach, the scent alone promised something almost holy. Massive and glistening, they were the kind of burgers you remember – juicy, monumental, perfect enough to make you question every other burger you've ever had.

But it was the Montreal smoked meat sandwich that got me – a towering stack of juicy, smoke-imbued meat layered between fresh bread that was soft and warm, like a hug in carbohydrate form. You could tell this wasn’t some stale disaster pulled out of a cold case in the back. No, this was hand-crafted, treated with reverence – a love letter to the sandwich arts. Each bite sang with smokiness and salt, backed by that rare bread that complements rather than competes.

Between the superb service, the falls view that frames every bite with grandeur, and food that speaks to the soul of a weary traveler, Falls Deli is a beacon. I’d call it a hidden gem if that didn’t sound so cliché, but maybe it’s that and something more – a final refuge for those who crave something genuinely good, uncomplicated, and comforting amid the flashing lights and slot-machine frenzy. Highly recommend.

Rude servers, doors were open and bee’s just kept flying in. Food is not good. Wouldn’t return, ever. The casino really ought to change this place to something better. It’s ridiculous.

This place used to be great but they’ve changed it a bit and now it’s just good. Still works well for a quick bite within the Casino. June 2022 update as it has now temporarily moved to the Grand Buffet seating area and it’s a much nicer atmosphere better and it seems to food has gotten a bit better as well with some nice daily specials on weekends to choose from ?? July 2022 update: Has now moved back to its original location as the Grand Buffet is now open. Deli now has a condensed menu which is not as appealing and is a bit on the pricier side as well so we are going down a star from 4 to 3 unfortunately. January 2023 update gets them back up to 4 star as they’ve brought some items back and are doing things better thankfully. November 2023 update goes do own to 3 stars as they’ve shrunk their menu, reduced their hours and seem to be understaffed causing slower service.

Be absolutely certain you check the silverware at this place prior to eating. They are disgustingly filthy! Can you really trust the plate your food comes on in a place that can’t even clean a fork?

The manager Sarah came out to the wait for table line. She noticed my friend was pale and asked if we needed anything. My friends sugar was crazy low. She then brought her orange juice and had us seated. She checked on us at least five times while serving other tables.

What an amazing experience, amazing service and a fantastic manager.

Dined here last week Feb 29th for a late lunch approximately 3pm wife ordered the chicken club sandwich, I ordered the Reuben and we ordered a side of fries to share...it took 40 minutes to arrive at our table to which the bread on my sandwich was over toasted, when other tables around us that sat after ordered and were served long before we were, im shocked it was still warm when we got our food considering you can see into the open kitchen and all the food that was in the window waiting to be ran. Only my wife was asked if she would like a refill on her drink which was by another server not the one that was serving our table

The menu has certainly changed as per post-Covid. The Deli used to offer a wide variety of pub fare and delicious pizza. Now, the menu offers cold sandwiches and salads. Also, the website states that there are breakfast offerings, yet when we visited on February 25th, the rather disinterested "host," said no, they do not. The only aspect that saved this rather mediocre visit was our server Andrew, who was very attentive and friendly. We will most likely not return.

Absolutely gross!I ordered a ham and swiss cheese croissant and I almost finished most if it and only to find a small black curly hair on the cheese. We had told 2 different waitresses. Then we went to the front cashier and mentioned it to her and she told her manager which at that point the manager came over and approached and stated " you ate almost the whole thing and plus you didn't show us"We told her that we mentioned it to 2 different waitresses and the waitresses just took the plate away like they were trying to cover it up!So the manager kept stating that we should have showed them. Like absolutely ridiculous. And what really bothers me is that the manager did not even apologize. And just approaches by saying that I ate the whole thing and I didn't show them the hair. This manager thinks I'm so stupid and trying to insult my intelligence like she doesn't think that I don't know what she's was trying to get at. She basically stated that because she thinks we are trying to get away with a free meal when that is absolute stupidity , because I have a points card and the meal was free anyways so I really don't know where she was going with this? What pitiful manager. What would I get out of lying about a hair being in my food if the meal was free anyways? To conclude this review at the end of the day we were trying to be discrete about it and the manager didn't even listen to the complaint and her or neither the cashier apologized. She basically just said you're not letting me talk when she already said what she had to say. So I don't know what else she wanted to say on top of that. All she had to say is i'm sorry for what happened and what can we do for a resolution? She just approached us with attitude and no apology! No wonder this place doesn't have a good rating!

So bad now. Food was so good before covid but is horrible. Selection is bad. Pizza used to be so good and now it's off the menu

The writing is on the wall…it looks like the Deli may suffer the same fate as the buffet. Menu has been reduced and options are now very limited. It’s clear the goal of the new owners is to attract the 19-39 group who spend on alcohol. So disappointed…the new Overtime Lounge is loud, food is mediocre at best and they have limited a la carte options.*Update* Happy to share they’ve brought back some of the menu items they had removed.
