On September 6th, I had breakfast here with my mom while we did a little morning slot play at the casino. Our serve server was Virginia #6385, Who took extra special care of my medically necessary gluten-free needs. I really appreciated her service and care that she took in communicating with the kitchen that day. I wanted to leave her a good review, to let management know that she is absolutely wonderful.

Every time my mom and I visit Fallsview Casino Resort, we are early and we eat breakfast here when they open at 8:00.

Breakfast food is always prepared fresh, they don't skimp on food as there is always plenty on the plate.

Staff has always been friendly and welcoming.

I don't know what the lunch and supper is like but I highly recommend The Falls Deli for breakfast.

I'll just cut to the chase. Staff was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The food however, was not good. Ordered a burger, side of fries and a Rueben sandwich. The burger was extremely dry, flavorless and thin. To say that the fries were unseasoned would be an insult to unseasoned food. Not a grain of salt or flavour was added to them before or after they were cooked. The meat on the Rueben sandwich was tough and chewy for the most part. We had come to this placed...
