Had a issue with my food , but it was taken care of swiftly, and very apologetic, we were very impressed with how it was dealt with . The staff were very professional,. I would definitely eat there again and would recommend to friends.
I came here for dinner on nov17th asked for a medium rare steak and when i got it it was more rare than expected however it wasn’t a big deal at all I just asked the kitchen to run it a little bit longer, the manager came up to our table within a matter of seconds to apologize for the inconvenience(it wasn’t one). It just shows the level of professionalism and care for customers! Our waitress was lovely too! Great experience.
Had an amazing experience for dinner. Ordered the calamari with honey mustard glazed salmon and mashed potatoes. Also had a 7-up and water. Service was amazing, and the food was outstanding overall. Can’t go wrong with the Keg, especially in a hotel. Also, had the mini crème brûlèe for dessert. Very delicious meal overall.
