Service was very good and the breakfast buffet was okay.. not more more to expect from a buffet. The only thing that threw me off, was the waiter expected a $100 tip at breakfast and then mu husband felt pressured into tipping him $70. Personally I feel that's ridiculous for bring us 2 coffees and 2 apple juice..we got everything else ourselves. Guest should not be pressure into tipping.

Great location, beautiful view and excellent service. Drinks and food were ok, not the Wow experience that we were looking for especially they brag being the best restaurant in Niagara Falls.

No menu service offered even when asked and even though widely published. The buffet breakfast was just passable. The sausage to avoid. The butter well chilled beyond any ability to spread. When I finally day three discovered I could order eggs, not Benedict, but fried, my sunny side up was one bright with raw white, and one better cooked but broken on cracking and not so sunny. This seemed ok to the cook. Not a great value at that, but fulfilling and friendly, if ineffective due to venue restraints and a short window of hours, service.

Food was so delicious and Carli was very helpful and made our experience even better. She was super knowledgeable about the wines and helped us select a bottle that we absolutely loved! Thanks for making our time here memorable.

A magnificent view of the falls and we will stop there. Staff not at all friendly, we managed by forcing our friends to make the waiter polite by responding very loudly "thank you or please" on the other hand to cash in there he was quick. Toilets worthy of a station hall, and an all-you-can-eat buffet that is still quite limited and not great in terms of taste.

We had breakfast at the Prime Steakhouse (Rainbow Room) two days in a row. Pros: On the first day, we were served by Zlatko who was very mature and paid attention to our needs. On the second day, we were served by Volkan who was very charismatic and interested in learning more about us. Both of these great servers made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view was magnificent as you are able to see both the falls from the dining area. The food that they served was also good. Cons: There was not a huge selection available in the breakfast buffet. Sometimes it was also hard to identify certain foods because there was no labelling on any of the buffet items.

Excellent service and a beautiful view of the falls and surrounding attractions. We went around 6PM EST and my only complaint would be how hot it was in the restaurant. I could see multiple guests were complaining about the sun glaring on them. Once the sun went down the temperature dropped and we were finally comfortable. We went with the pre frixe menu. We had the lobster bisque (absolutely delicious - though it would have been better had we not been so uncomfortably hot), New York steak (very delicious and tender), and sticky toffee pudding. I wasn't a huge fan of the dessert (I'm used to a softer sticky toffee pudding) but my partner loved it. Overall I would highly recommend. It was pricey but the view and quality of the food was very good.
