Conveniently located near the Amtrak/Via station, this is my preferred place in Niagara Falls to get coffee and read for a while in a nice environment. On my most recent visit I also got food—the avocado toast, which was served as a sandwich rather than open face. It was amazing, perfect texture, and flavored with some kind of salsa or something.

Vegetarian options: They were able to make the avocado toast vegan (it normally has butter), and it was still amazing.

Third Space Coffee, located right across from the University of Niagara Falls Canada, is an absolute gem. Their coffee is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s clear they care deeply about the community. Being a non-profit, they truly stand out as a place where every purchase goes towards making a positive impact. I’ll definitely keep coming back to enjoy my coffee here and support such a wonderful initiative. Highly recommended!

Delicious home made bagels.

Avocado toast was delicious as well.

We also a home made chai latte perfectly balanced and served at the right temperature
