I ordered only Dry Manchurian, Paneer Kadhai, and Butter Naan — and honestly, nothing was up to the mark. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, and the flavors were completely off. The Paneer Kadhai was overly oily, and the Manchurian was soggy instead of crisp. On top of that, the customer service was really poor. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and it took way too long just to get my order. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Communication was poor, and the staff has no interest to work there. She was literally on her phone. She is not even sure if they have simple coke in their fridge or not. They were out of Biryani and Chai Tea like at 4. Whole restaurant was empty. Like seriously an Indian restaurant dont have Biryani. The server refused to bring the bill on the table. She made us go to counter to pay. I was puking like crazy after I ate there. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Overall, everything was great. The front desk staff, especially Harpreet, was extremely professional and hardworking. However, there is some room for improvement in the kitchen, as the food service was slower than expected. Speeding up this process would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The food was delicious. We had yellow dahl and garlic naan. Very rich flavors.The server was friendly and patient with our litany of questions about the food. The food was ready right away. The dining room was very comfortable.

Terrible experience at Tikka Junction Niagara. Food was poorly cooked, and lacked flavor. The staff was too unprofessional — no greetings, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of customer service. Wait times were ridiculous even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.
Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you want decent food and respect as a customer. I am giving a star because there is no option to rate in minus, i guess this defines the quality of dinner we were served.
