Does not sever food at 9:57 to costumers cause of “closing time” and gives chunky whipped cream on l frozen lemonade.
The food was good but the bathroom was disgusting
I ordered French vanilla and within just one second …she gave me and I thought it’s too quick but when I sipped it was not fresh and it was cold ….disappointed 💔
Subject: Poor Drive-Thru Service Experience Near Closing Time
Tim Hortons Team,
I wanted to share a recent experience I had at one of your locations. I waited at the drive-thru for nearly 12 minutes without anyone taking my order. Eventually, I had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention. Only then was I able to receive my coffee.
If the store is advertised as open until 11 PM, I believe service should be maintained consistently until closing time. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially as a regular customer.
I hope you can look into this and ensure better service during late hours moving forward.

My mother went to Tim Hortons the other week. My family and I are still incredibly hurt my the interaction she had, which is why this is a repost of my sisters post. I’m sincerely hoping that management can take this review seriously and reprimand this individual as a result.
My mom frequents this location and was shown a lot of rudeness and disrespect and when visiting the drive-thru yesterday and today. The drive-thru personnel gave my mother the incorrect timbit flavours. When my mom pointed this error out to the person at the window, she screamed "WE DON'T HAVE OLD FASHIONED GLAZED TIMBITS AT THIS LOCATION!! I ALREADY TOLD YOU YESTERDAY, SAME PROBLEM EVERYDAY" extremely rudely as if my mother was supposed to memorize which timbits are available at each franchise location. Perhaps this location should devote more attention into properly training their employees to show kindness and respect to each customer.

Sandwich the English muffin was sooo dry

She also got the customers order before me wrong, after he showed his bill n ask her numerous times if his order was correct. Her reply it’s fine. It wasn’t fine

Sat in drive thru for almost 15 min for 2 tea's , this one is so slow , they often get your order wrong, if you can go to another one and save yourself the headaches

Whoever working Saturday Sept 28th at 821am refused to take my order in advance. Will not be going here again. Try to give them a heads up to grab a couple take 12 coffees and donuts so they're not stressed if I order there and they refused to take my 3 sandwich order same time.
