Beyond annoyed at this location… Went through the drive-through they made my coffee wrong. Every single staff member ignored when I brought it in to the manager she tried to recharge me to make my coffee again again and then when I said, just give me some creamer in a cup, proceeded to try and charge me for the cup if my coffee is made wrong I expect you to at least be respectful and just say sorry we made it wrong and correct it not to charge me for a whole new coffee when I literally just came to the drive-through and she was the one that hit me coffee.
Upset because not only is now my coffee tasting disgusting I’m now stuck with it and I don’t wanna pay for another one like they’re asking me too. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Zero Stars would be given if possible I will not be returning In avoiding at all cost, there are better locations nearby

I went through the drive thru around 2:10pm today, to get a small iced capp made with milk. I got my iced capp, went to take a sip of it and it was disgusting. Either their machine hasn't been clean in weeks or the iced capp mix was not made properly (I work at a different store in management, not owned by the same people). So I went back in to ask for a replacement drink seeing as I do not/will not want another iced capp made by this store, they were very rude about it, and it took over 5 minutes of me waiting in line to be spoken too/served, and they don't even sell any frozen beverages made with neutral base. Which is odd since they have 2 iced capp machines. The supervisor & staff member (had blonde hair) I spoke to both had an attitude and was extremely rude about me getting a refund. I would advise the store to clean their machines and to speak to their employees about arguing & being rude to their guests when wanting a refund.

Worst experience ever, really bad service, i went to drive through today around 9:10pm and ordered an everything bagel, first the order took long, just for one bagel, and when I opened the wrap it was completely burnt, don’t know how could they served something completely burnt to a customer.

This is the only Tim Hortons I have come across where everything is always sold out all the time. Nothing is ever available at anytime of the day. Except the coffee. Please pick up the slack thanks

Not great at all.
Asked for a scrambled egg pinched croissant with hashbrown. The TM at front confidently said it comes with a hashbrown even after asking her to add it as I know it doesn’t.
Ended up getting a cold plain croissant with scrambled eggs and over portioned chipotle.
Very disappointing experience for my friend who visited us from the south.
The herb pastry was left in the oven too long and was practically disintegrating.
The bagel bar person was straight up rude and didn’t have the bagel we asked for.
The SF service was slower than most Tim’s.

Would like to let you know that 2 of your staff members just made my night. I got the Barbie doll and a Boston cream. They even made the donut for me. Granddaughter was so excited. They were so nice and friendly, happy. Their names are Ruth and Raman.

“I come to this Tim Hortons almost every Saturday and Sunday, and it’s always a nice experience. The store is clean, the atmosphere is good, and the team usually works fast even when it’s busy. This time I ordered a steeped tea, but the person who made it didn’t pass it to me or call my order. After waiting, I went to ask, and Aman (or maybe Raman) stepped in to help. She was so polite and friendly—she checked my tea and asked if it had gone cold, then offered to make me a fresh one right away. That’s the kind of customer service that really makes a difference. Every time I see her, she has good energy, a happy attitude, and she’s always helping her team. It’s nice to see someone who enjoys their job and treats customers with respect. Big thanks to her for always making my visits better.”
