Beautiful Ontario

This Timmies is becoming more frustrating each time I go. Long waits in drive thru and english is becoming harder to come by. Not every visit is frustrating, but for the last couple weeks, the wait times have been up to 10 minutes some days. I am there between 1pm and 3pm, so it's not even their rush hour.

The evening staff provided poor service. They gave me a completely different meal than what I had asked for. Even after I reconfirmed my order, they still made the mistake. (Drive thru)

It’s pure garbage. worst experience ever Ruined my morning by adding meat in my wrap even after I asked them not to do it. I got a french vanilla and they gave me hot water instead of it.

Out of all the Tim hortons in the city this one seems to always be the worst. It’s not that hard to toast a bagel and put some cream cheese on it or make an iced coffee. And yet everytime I go, even when there’s no line, the food is always awful and the drinks are usually bad too. Half the time I don’t even finish my meal because of it. So sad

They haven’t got my order wrong in years and the staff is friendly and the girl who use to work nights is great and boss is good

Karen (manager as mentioned by staff), we need to improve our training and organization as these poor folks look like they are being neglected. Taking an order is a challenge here, let alone getting what you ask for. The process took a long time and caused a car build-up due to the inefficiency at this location. Increasing diversity might also help address this issue.

Drift Theory Garage

Employees, lack basic English skills. Very rude and always act like you’re bothering them. Prices are always different when ordering the same items. Some employees even lack basic math skills, and try to give you back change for a coffee that you’ve paid for. When you pull up to make an order you’re greeted with what do you want? complete ignorance. Stop hiring foreign workers

I waited for about 20 mins just for "one pinwheel" (already available and not to be prepared) and staff not attending the customers who walked in.
Had to ask for my order when not given even after 20 mins.
Very very poor service by staff (July 31, 4:15 pm). Not the first bad experience at this place.
Highly recommended to stop by any other Tim Hortons (if you have a chance to) but not this one.
Never had such an experience at any other location.
