I usually have a great experience using Tim Hortons and ordering from this particular location. However, I recently placed an Uber order that included 6 assorted bagels and 4 pumpkin spice muffins. When the order came, I got one box with 6 assorted muffins. When I called, the lady explained that it may be that the Uber driver possibly forgot to give me the box of bagels. I would have understood that to be the case if I got 4 pumpkin spice muffins only, then I could assume the box of bagels was left. It was honestly disappointing especially seeing that Uber ended up accepting responsibility with no follow-up from Tim Hortons regarding the inquiry about how their staff understood or packed the order.
This location is one of the cleanest Tim's I have been to in a long time. Wonderful friendly service , great fresh coffee.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh, smooth, and exactly what I need to start my day. Their donuts and Timbits are always delicious, and there’s such a great variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and quick, making the experience even better. I also love how cozy and welcoming the atmosphere is—it’s the perfect spot to grab a coffee with friends or just relax on your own. Consistently great quality and service, definitely a 5-star experience every time!
