In my opinion nothing beats Tim Hortons coffee with cream. I started using the new app and love it. Payment is easy the perks are appreciated. Been rolling up the rim and cashing in my offers too.

This is one of the most frustrating Tim Hortons to order from. I asked for a large iced coffee with no ice and the guy with a beard and sense of responsibility legit filled it up 1/3 of the way.He argued with me and told me that I shouldn't get extra coffee just because I don't want ice. I also ask for LESS base.(We order from this local Tim's all the time)This was after I asked if they could fill it up.How is this any different than ordering a half coffee black?Two men started arguing with me about how they would get in trouble over thisYou have definitely lost my buisness. Went around lunch time to get a chicken bowl (always a hit ) I love the chicken bowls there! But this time I was extremely disappointed as I spent $10 on the smallest portion ever! Its called a loaded bowl Tim Hortons please do

all I wanted was my morning coffee (which tasted like dishsoap) I asked the employee Seif for extra sugar on the side and he came back with 2 packets of ketchup and said "this is all we got". ARE YOU SERIOUS!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! TELL SEIF TO COUNT HIS DAYS AS I WILL TAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO THE HIGHER UPS!!!

I haven't had a meal right once. Today I ordered two farmer breakfast wraps with no sauce and no cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't have the cheese and I don't like the taste of the sauce. Both came with sauce and one with cheese. One was even labeled saying no sauce but it still had it. Quality control is important, especially when allergies or intolerances are involved. What a waste of $10!

Too many immigrants working at every tim Hortons in Canada. Orders are always wrong. Can't speak English. The government pays half their wage with Canadian tax dollars.
