The food was good but the area is horrible. There is an overflow of homeless people and people smoking inside. Speaking of overflow, the toilet was overflowing of toilet paper and poo. It was very uncomfortable because of all the people sleeping on the tables or praying in the back corner. The last thing is that I can’t understand a single word any of the employees say and then they start speaking a different language to me like that’s supposed to help. Don’t come to this Tim Hortons

Best Tim Horton’s location. Clean and well maintained location. Staff is polite, friendly and service was quick. Ice capp is always on mark. Especially want to give a shout out to Navjit who takes orders perfectly every time!

This Tim Hortons has some of the worst service l've experienced. The food quality is consistently poor, orders are made carelessly, and I've had countless issues with wrong or badly prepared items. I've even filed complaints before, but nothing has changed.
The customer service is just as disappointing.
Many staff members are rude or uninterested, and the management does nothing to improve it. A manager named Simran is especially unprofessional. The way she handles customers and situations shows zero leadership, and it's very obvious why the store feels so poorly managed.
Every visit feels stressful, rushed, and disorganized. This location needs proper training and a manager who can actually maintain standards.
