Great service and cozy place I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The service was very fast, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place felt cozy and comfortable to enjoy my coffee. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to

Hi ,I'm back thanks for acknowledging me once before not to long ago , anyway don't take it personally just like I won't take it personally from your very rude and unprofessional staff,I'm talking about the Females on the afternoon shift,at least the Males have a little more class ,I hope you had a talk with your afternoon shift, maybe you can help them not ruin the service at this location,they probably don't care anyway because as soon as there finished Educating themselves at Niagara college or Brock university there moving on and we won't see them again buy that time we'll find a better location to hang out,like 5 corner's,the day manager there he's right on the money ,he used to work on Victoria St ,you won't find a better manager than him we'll give him 100 stars ,he's got that store ship shape, take a look around,he treats his staff and customers with alot of Respect the store is the cleanest I've ever been in,makes you wanna come back ya know,to bad you didn't have a manager at the store on the lane (8159)like him that's what you need , not these lazy people (staff-management)that won't even clean(wipe)your tables off when customers leave ,so other customers can sit at a clean table and enjoy there experience while visiting the most popular coffee shop in Canada, which Canadians should be proud of ,what would Tim Horton think of all this if he was still alive ya know,let's keep his legacy enjoyable ,I love my Tim's ,ok said enough,the one star review is for the store at 8159 Lundy's Lane ,I had to put this out there .Thank you will comment again sometime!!

Dirtiest store ever go in around 4 pm to 7pm first of they never change there gloves they make multiple items with the same while touching a bunch of stuff that not food they never wash the counter only when closing I wish the heath inspector would pop in

The gentleman working at the drive thru at 4:55 pm Sunday was such a pleasure! Great mood fantastic ppl skills what a refreshing change!!! You need more employees like him such a great personality. Left with a smile !!! 😁

I order a grill cheese melt at first a guy came to me he said its not available. I was like its ok give me a bowl then he disappeared no response a coworker came with my order . A grill cheese in a sandwich bun . My cheese is not melted as well 3-4 slices of cheese and a bun . In my ice coffees I ask for extra cane sugar there is no sugar in there .
