Food is not good, staff and manager is also irresponsible, and his behaviour is also very poor . And poor communication with customers not paying attention to details.products doesn’t meet a customer expectations and response time are frequently poor.don’t resolve customer issues . Floor is also not clean .

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Tim Hortons was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any food chain. The service was unprofessional and painfully slow, and the staff seemed either uninterested or completely overwhelmed. My order was wrong twice, and when I pointed it out politely, I was met with attitude instead of a solution.
The coffee tasted burnt, the food was cold, and the cleanliness of the store was shockingly poor — dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and unclean floors. I expected way better from a brand that claims to be a staple of Canadian culture.
This isn’t just a one-time slip — I’ve seen this decline across multiple locations. It honestly feels like Tim Hortons no longer cares about quality, customer service, or consistency. Definitely not going back unless they make some serious changes.
