This is for the Tim Hortons at McLeod and Dorchester,Hope we didn't give to many stars , we are going to agree with alot of the negative reviews, there right about the cleanliness of the store ,First of all who wants to use the washroom that looks and feels awful ,I mean you go in the washroom to wash your hands and your half afraid to touch anything and then after washing your hands you don't want to touch the door on the way out ,and their right about wiping the table off yourself before sitting down,I mean you ask the staff to clean your table and they look at you like your inconveniencing them , so I asked her well don't you work here ? and the garbage is usually full (disgusting) now for the attitude of some of the staff there's some that's usually nice ,and some need a personality check does it really hurt that bad to smile ð try it sometime, really it doesn't hurt, LOL !!! I have come to this Tim hortons for years even after I moved away from it. I will make the drive. Some of the employees are like family, they take the time to remember my order and make sure it's right. They are always friendly and kind. It's feel s like home not a fast food place. I would rather come there then any other Tims, that's why I will go out of my way and make the drive. A huge shout out to Rhonda and Stephanie, as they're amazing ladies and a huge asset to your organization! Don't ever let them go.

As others have stated . The bathrooms are horrible . One of the worst I have seen in a coffee shop . There are a couple of good employees however , the supervisor Rhonda is very unprofessional . I have seen the way she treats staff and experienced her lack of customer service myself . Because of Rhonda , I avoid this Tim Hortons in the morning ( afternoon staff is much more pleasant ) . Promote some of the afternoon staff , just my suggestion .
