After a 9-hour drive from the U.S., my first stop was here for a much-needed cup of tea to ease a bad headache. The service was amazing—being greeted with a warm “hello” and “how are you feeling?” honestly made my day. It felt like coming home and having someone genuinely care.
A big thank you to the late-night crew, especially the kind lady who served me (I wish I had caught her name—she was a white lady). Even though it was the end of her shift, she still brought so much positive energy and truly lifted my mood with her kindness. The tea wasn’t piping hot, but in that moment, I just needed tea—and it hit the spot. Thank you again!

There's 2 ladies in particular that keep me coming back to this location. Rhonda (no straw for you), and Koreen! They're the best! Always friendly, and always smiling! f you’re tired of lazy, half-hearted service at your local spots, do yourself a favor and find Angela at Tim Hortons. She is an absolute rockstar. While others around her seemed checked out or just doing the bare minimum, Angela was on it—friendly, fast, and fully engaged from start to finish.
She made my visit feel like more than just a coffee run. Her energy, attention to detail, and genuine care for every customer stood out big time. You can tell she actually cares about what she does, and in a place where service can sometimes feel rushed or robotic, Angela brings real heart.
Tim Hortons is lucky to have her. If more locations had an Angela, Tim’s would be unbeatable. She sets the bar—HIGH. Huge thanks to her for turning an ordinary stop into a five-star experience. Give that woman a raise
