Customer service continues to plummet in our society today. 10:30 in the morning and no buns ready amongst everything else. When can we go back in time to when people actually cared about their jobs and took pride in it.

Ordered an assorted dozen donuts and was given multiple of the same kinds. If they didn’t have enough of a variety I should have been told so and I would have went to a different location. Very frustrating.

Ordered an ice coffee with a shot of vanilla and a chocolate chip muffin. Practically got yelled at for ordering the muffin because they were out of them and then got over charged on the worst tasting drink because it has no cane sugar or vanilla!

They do not carry 12 grain bagels at this location, I guess I will have to go somewhere else for a healthy alternative...March 27 2024. Ordered bacon belt, they "forgot" the egg. They clearly added extra bacon to make up for it but did not notify me.
