I went to this location yesterday, Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and let me tell you. It was the best one i've ever had. So good, I went and asked to speak to the manager and the assistant manager Liz, greeted me and I mentioned this exact same comment. She was happy. Thank you Sandra on sandwiche bar for making such a perfect breakfast sandwhich. Perfectly toasted and a fresh english muffin.

Today morning I went to Tim hortons drive thru at the location (,4725 Dorchester Rd Unit C, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 0A8) heading for work. I ordered a refill for steep tea and did not see anything on the monitor to confirm it at that time. A girl Employee with a name tag Simi attended my order.First of all rude behaviour, when I handed my cup to her, she got mad at me saying I did not say it was refill.I informed her that I did.But she said she confirmed the order but she clearly did not confirm the order. Then she rudely took my cup and refilled it stating”I took your money already. I never had this experience ever with an employee on my 6 year stay in Canada. So much disappointed.

I ordered a chai tea latte . The way girl served me at the window was amazing.she was so kind nd pleasent .I am pretty sure her name is ARSH.I really appreciate her nd recommend her.

convenient locations and variety of menu options, can do better in service speed and efficiency. During peak times, the wait can be longer than expected

messed up my order for the last time. will not be coming back but here’s some advice get some workers who can fluently understand the drive thru and hear what i’m saying because this is one of many times i’ve had an order messed up because of lack of communication. i believe in second chances but not 30 yall cooked

Super clean, nice crew, and haven’t had an issues with my coffee or donuts 😊 I haven’t pulled a golden hockey card yet so bummer 😂

It's a nice location. They have a drive through which is a bit awkward. The food was good and the coffee was hot and fresh the last time we were there. There is outdoor seating as well if the weather is nice. The place inside was clean and so were the washrooms. The staff was friendly.

It’s so disappointing when you go into these Tim Hortons anymore.
If it’s 7pm or later there is never any fresh baked items and they are open until 11pm? Just leftovers from whatever they baked that morning. You used to be able to get a donut at anytime of the day, now it’s whatever is left. Which is never anything much. #timhortons has really taken a turn for the worst and gone downhill. Very disappointing.

O Man o Man. Terrible experience. Came to the drive thru by 9 am and ordered a latte and a steeped tea. What I received was a French Vanilla and a Coffee. The girl serving us ARSH was so confused and was in so hurry and gave me the wrong order. Please be a little bit patient and give the customers what they ordered

Love this location, go through every day now ! Drive through crew amazing ,just love Pam and Liz so friendly not to mention how quick and curious they are! Always joking around with customers but most of all the service is great! Even when I come into the store I’m treated like family , If Liz sees me she always makes sure if not busy to come over and serve me ! Knows my order now off by heart! I recommend this location to friends and family always ! Way to go ladies this is by far customer service at its best and how it should be

Ordered a cappuchino and a latte today on drive thru
Order taker took the order as french vanilla and latte. I reminded her to correct it before payment and dont screw it. Her response " you dont need to remind it I heard you"

I drove off, 10 min later we took the first sip both coffee's were french vanilla!!!

More than a simple error its attitude problem..
Cant afford to visit this location anymore, thank you :)
