Just want to give a shout out to the staff at this Tim’s location especially Kalpana! She makes my day but she really makes my dog Lexi’s day! Having a location that always has dog treats is just that little bit extra that is very appreciated! My London Fog is always perfect too!

I love the staff here. I loved their customer service. They are so sweet and friendly. I always loves to visit here everytime!

Typical tim hortons

This is hands down the best Tim Hortons location in Niagara Falls! The service is top notch! The food is always fresh and delicious! The coffee, specifically the French vanilla as that is my drink of choice, is super yummy, luxurious and just always hits the spot! Special shout out to Divya who is such a great employee! She gets the order right, makes everything so yummy and fresh and hot! People specifically wait in line to have their order taken by her!

my name is Kimberly. I go into Dorchester a lot and both Divya and Linda both serve me and I like both of them very much to my knowledge. Divya is a wonderful worker. I hear customers saying nice things about her when I’m sitting in your lobby Her and Linda always treat me well when I’m in your store. They say positive things a lot and I also say positive things because anytime I’ve been by either of those ladies. I’ve served very well. Just wanted to let you know.

I go to this Tim Hortons everyday before work and I am always greeted with a smile and amazing service by Divya! She always remembers my order and is very efficient with her service. Truly an awesome start to my morning everyday! Thank you Divya for all your hard work

I went to this location yesterday, Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and let me tell you. It was the best one i've ever had. So good, I went and asked to speak to the manager and the assistant manager Liz, greeted me and I mentioned this exact same comment. She was happy. Thank you Sandra on sandwiche bar for making such a perfect breakfast sandwhich. Perfectly toasted and a fresh english muffin.

Today morning I went to Tim hortons drive thru at the location (,4725 Dorchester Rd Unit C, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 0A8) heading for work. I ordered a refill for steep tea and did not see anything on the monitor to confirm it at that time. A girl Employee with a name tag Simi attended my order.First of all rude behaviour, when I handed my cup to her, she got mad at me saying I did not say it was refill.I informed her that I did.But she said she confirmed the order but she clearly did not confirm the order. Then she rudely took my cup and refilled it stating”I took your money already. I never had this experience ever with an employee on my 6 year stay in Canada. So much disappointed.

I ordered a chai tea latte . The way girl served me at the window was amazing.she was so kind nd pleasent .I am pretty sure her name is ARSH.I really appreciate her nd recommend her.

messed up my order for the last time. will not be coming back but here’s some advice get some workers who can fluently understand the drive thru and hear what i’m saying because this is one of many times i’ve had an order messed up because of lack of communication. i believe in second chances but not 30 yall cooked
