2 days in a row getting “take 12 coffee” for the guys at work , missed the sugar the first day, specifically asked to make sure there was sugar in the bag on day 2 and missing again

Bagel orders made incorrect as well. surely it’s not that hard

Also, am I the only one who gets treated like an inconvenience when I order a big box of coffee in the morning ?

I pay $5 for my iced chai latte every morning. I know how it’s supposed to look like a taste. I go ahead this morning and order my usual iced chai latte (tea) I get handed a normal latte (coffee).I knew it wasn’t right by the way it looked, I tasted it to be sure. Mind u I hate coffee. I simply state that I ordered an ice chai latte, the cashier (looked like maybe a manger) said that’s what it is. I said no it’s not, she gives me attitude and try’s to proceed to tell me it’s a chai. I ended up telling her to throw it out because I won’t be drinking it as she was giving me attitude and it wasn’t my correct drink. She ends up making me a new one anyway. She gives me the drink as I noticed it’s a way lighter colour so I know it’s correct, I said thank you, and as I’m driving away she goes “yep it’s the exact same drink”. The most ignorant worker and I go there every morning.

The staff were wonderful, especially Liz!! Served me with a big smile on her face and her manners were wonderful! Can’t wait to go back. I was treated with nothing but kindness from that lady and it made my day.

Staff are always so friendly here and my medium double double dark roast voffee is always fresh and tastes so good, I always grab one of my favourite donuts which is sour cream glazed. They're always so fresh and yum
