The management is awful
To the staff and the supervisors bully the younger staff and make them feel uncomfortable at work

I wish I could give no stars to this Tim Hortons. Their service and the style they serve the coffee is disgustingly poor. Especially the staff in the afternoon and the ones in the evening are very rude. This is I feel the 100th time that my coffee was pouring out of the cup and it even spilled in my car because it was filled to the very top. The cup was also sticky and wet. I mean if you guys don’t want to work, please don’t at least ruin the other person’s day.

This location is the best!!! As Americans, we don't have nearly the options as there are here. We ended up coming two days in a row because our first experience was so positive. The staff was friendly and patient both visits as we tried to decide what we'd like to try. The flatbread pizzas took a little extra time, but we didn't mind, we don't have those at home. Saved this location for future visits to Canada 🇨🇦

OK...hear me out as a visiting American. I tried Tim Hortons for the first time this morning, and I consider myself blessed to have this location serve as my Tim Hortons introduction.

The staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Even when I asked how the day was going, I noticed how tired and busy the person was. She was HONEST in her answer, and that was refreshing. I gave her a high-five for energy (the best thing I could do without coming off creepy or crossing boundaries).

The food is delicious, sweet, savory, and it sends your taste buds into a forest of flavor-filled fun. There's a reason why Tim Hortons are all across the provinces of Canada, and this location ought to be recognized as a shining example as to why.

Tim Hortons > Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Hardee's, and Wendy's combined.

If this location makes the case as to what the normal Tim Hortons's experience is like, then I need more of them across North America.

I ordered an iced Americano, but what I received was neither cold nor hot — just a confusing cup of coffee. It had no ice, no chill, and definitely wasn’t what I ordered. When you say “iced,” it should clearly come with ice. Very disappointing. If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would.

I had a really bad experience with an employee named John. This isn't the first time, either. This guy clearly has some serious issues and shouldn't be in customer service. I went in today to grab a coffee, and when I got to the window, there was no greeting, no mention of my total—just a cold, miserable look on his face as he held out the debit machine for me to pay, like I was bothering him by being a customer. I left feeling awful and in a bad mood. I've seen him earlier in the day when management is around, and he puts on a nice guy act for them. The rest of the time, he's just terrible.

I had a disappointing experience this morning at Tim Hortons. The staff member who served me seemed to be in a rush, with no greeting properly or basic courtesy. It felt very cold and unwelcoming—especially in the morning when a positive start matters. I understand mornings can be busy, but customer service should never be ignored. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression and affected the start of my day.

Was at your Montrose location, asked a simple question about the order today, felt like the woman working the drive thru was very rude and attacking me cause I questioned an order..
Maybe you should educate your staff about being rude to customers.
I'm a senior and your location every morning , no longer will I do so.
Tim's has changed, you really don't offer anything for seniors, maybe that's why many are moving over to McDonald's for their 1 dollar coffees ..
Will not come to order any longer.
Time to educate your staff...
Shame on you .
