I only ask for iced Capps with oat milk, they are always made with chocolate milk or regular milk. Asked for 2 hash browns, they shoved both into one small bag and smushed the one. Bagels in wrapper are covered in butter, like soaked, didn’t ask for extra butter. Drive through workers are screaming about me being at the window longer than one minute cause I was confirming what I ordered as it is always wrong. It’s unacceptable, was a better store when Tom owned it.

I admit that I am a bit picky about food. I ordered what looked like a bowl with chicken and vegetables in it. I specifically asked not to put any sauce in it. What I got was a wrapper, which contained rice, vegetables and very little. chicken. I complained, and they offered to change it, but I was afraid of eating something unexpected, so I just ate it.

Drive thru is very fast and good in the morning. Counter is horrible tho. People on the counter training that can’t understand you or can’t take your order without receiving help from another employee.
Fastest take-out of any Tim’s I have ever been to! I get 50 assorted timbits every Sunday morning for the last few months for our organization and every time no matter how many cars are in line they file them through very fast. Way to go!

Very bad experience this evening. I was the only person in the restaurant there was no rush inside or in drive through whatsoever and the man taking my order was rushing me to get my order and when I revived the deserts he tossed the bag at me. Working in a food environment myself, I would never toss a bag to someone, that was very rude. Then when I revived my next item the man very rudely slapped the food into my hand. I have no words for this service because there was a lack of basic knowledge on how to serve a person.

Like the place and food&drink, the only thing we don’t like is high school students came at the same time will affect the atmosphere.
I rarely compliment a Tim Hortons but this visit was excellent. Sausage farmers wrap was well made and well wrapped, perfect temperature. Sour cream glazed donut was still warm! 🤩🤤 And the coffee was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!
