First time coming to this Tim Hortons for a hockey card trade night. Fantastic experience. Owners were so welcoming and engaged with all traders as well as customers walking in. What a pleasant surprise to experience this atmosphere. A down home feel in the city of niagara falls.

Not sure what’s happened to the staff here lately — no smiles, no greetings, just coffee passed over like they’re doing us a favor. Maybe the owner could arrange a quick “Customer Service 101” session. A little warmth and friendliness would go a long way — it’s Tim Hortons, not a robot café! ☕😅

Been to this location three times now after work, between 8 and 10 p.m. We went inside to order and noticed the drive through customers were their priority. They served us in between serving drive through customers making us wait till they were served first even though we were there first. That's not nice.

Staff are always cheerful and friendly especially the guy manager in the morning.
However, today, I hope the person who did my mobile regular ice cap with lactose free protein is really a lactose free and not something else because, I have been going to the washroom right after I drank my order.

Amazing Staff here, everyone is soo friendly, kind and always welcoming. I always get greeted here with a smile no matter what. The staff know me as soon as I come in and know my order by heart. For me this place is family and I see it as a place always welcoming me. 😃

We just came out of the drive through, and we got a wrap, donut, and a tea. While handing it to us through the window, the woman had WET henna on. My husbands hands are now covered in henna from the bags
That cannot be food safe at all. Please wash your hands and maybe make your employees not wear temporary tattoos. I have no clue how to get henna off him now

horrible service, and attitude towards people. i bought a wrap and my boyfriend had a half eaten pizza form the location beside then. even though we both purchased something they kicked us out for having half a eaten pizza. i have never heard of you not being able to eat somewhere after purchasing something.

We had an order with food and 3 out of 5 bagels. One bagel was ordered extra butter and come out dry. A second bagel was missing bacon we asked for and the third bagel is the one in the picture. I didn’t catch the owners name but I witnessed him being rude to two teenagers that were there as well. He tried giving me attitude also but I wasn’t about to have it. Do better

I had a fantastic experience at this Tim Hortons, thanks to the wonderful service from Alyssa. She was absolutely fantastic and went out of her way to make sure I was served well. Her dedication to great customer service truly made my day!
