We drove from St. Catharines to Niagara to try this place, but it was a very disappointing experience. First of all, it’s not a separate restaurant like we expected – it’s actually inside Eastern Market. The lady at the counter was rude, no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, nothing. When we tried to order a 1 kg Kebab platter and bread, she told us to go pick up the bread ourselves from the market rack, and then she would add it to the bill. That would have been fine, but then she added an extra service charge on top. For what service? We had to grab our own bread, would have to bring the food ourselves to the table (because they do not serve on table), and the tables were all dirty. No one was serving customers on Dishes/plates, and I saw people eating out of cheap foil bowls.
We canceled our order.
We noticed they offer free food/drinks in exchange for positive reviews – which explains why their ratings don’t reflect the reality.
Overall, a wasted trip and a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not worth the drive.

The food was amazing! I really loved the rice, the meat, the toom with muhammara, and the service and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. The prices were affordable; as a family of five, we ate well enough to feel stuffed with the $67 plate deal they offered. Also, a big shoutout to Reham! She was incredible—super nice with a lovely smile. She was also really quick, managing to get our big order in just 20 minutes because she didn’t want us to wait too long. She was wonderful and cheerful during our stay at the place.
I also liked the drink and snack selection due to how close the place is to the restaurant.
Also Reham, my mom sends my regards to you! We hope to see you again once we frequent Niagara falls again.

It's pretty basic. Pepperoni pizza is good but didn't like the meat lover one. Wings are good too.
If you're looking for real, flavorful shawarma, this is the place to be. The meat is perfectly seasoned and cooked to juicy perfection—rich, tender, and packed with authentic Middle Eastern spices. Every bite feels like a trip abroad.
The wraps are fresh, the sauces are just right (especially the garlic sauce!), and the portion sizes are generous without being overwhelming.

I ordered delivery through their website and it was never delivered. Had to call and talk to the owner. It took an extra hour and cold food finally came. The owner and staff do not have any costumer service skills whatsoever.
Do not place an offer through the website (the only reason I used it was because there’s a language barrier calling for catering portions).

The pepperoni tasted good, but the cheese they use was weird.. reminded me of vegan cheese.. not enjoyable.
