An absolute pleasure to eat here. The food was beyond exceptional. Fresh, authentic and and the taste was superb. The service was so great. We would love to recommend this place and we most definitely will be back.

Beautiful brunch! Delicious food and friendly staff! I’ve been before while it was the previous owners and now with la paisana. Both times delicious!

We came here because queens coach was lined up out the door. None of us had been here before. We were surprised the diner was Latin/Mexican food because that’s not what you expect from a diner.
I was really looking forward to it as I love Latin food. Unfortunately It an odd experience and I was really disappointed in my meal. I ordered a coffee to start and had finished it before our meals arrived. No refills, the waitress took my empty mug and asked if I wanted something else, I didn’t feel like paying for a second drink so i ended up with a glass of water. I thought that was really weird especially for a “diner”. For my meal I had ordered the 3 tacos meal and chose three different tacos. When my food came the taco shells were really oily, clearly made from scratch and apparently deep fried? They were fairly small but at least there was three of them, each with a small scoop of meat inside, there were no toppings, no sour cream, no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no pico de gallo, nothing else in them except the small scoop of meat. On my plate was a couple tiny metal cups with salsa in them one green and one red. But not enough for three tacos worth.
So I start eating, the chunks of meat in the first taco were very over cooked and quite hard to chew. I’d love to tell you which taco it was but I couldn’t tell as all three of them tasted the same. The other two were a “pulled meat” like pulled pork, and that meat was soft and juicy like it should be, however all three tacos were completely bland, no spices, no salt, no flavour at all, I couldn’t even tell which ones they were supposed to be. The fact there were no toppings for the tacos made the blandness so much worse.
I used to frequent Latin restaurants so I know what it was supposed to taste like, unfortunately this was our first and last time here.
The place looked nice, a perfect diner, it was bright, colourful, and clean, too bad about the food though.

Triple D’s Diner by La Paisana is definitely a departure from what Triple D’s used to be—in the best way! Authentic Mexican breakfasts and meals make it a real standout in the region.
They’ve kept a few Triple D’s classics, like pancakes and waffles, but it’s so refreshing to see a restaurant offering something different that’s true to its cultural roots. The chilaquiles (think breakfast nachos) are phenomenal, and the enchiladas, tacos, and tortas are all worth trying.
Do yourself a favour—go explore something deliciously different. There are a million places to get eggs benny, but you won’t find this kind of authentic Mexican flavour anywhere else!

It's been taken over and is now a Latin American restaurant. Food was okay but just not what we were expecting

Now run by La Paisana. Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Love the new menu and the portions are very filling and very well prepared. Makes for a great early dinner or late lunch.

Came here for breakfast this morning; I’ve been here before with relatives, so I know the food would be good as it has been the last time. And the food was definitely great!

My grandmother ordered the regular eggs Benedict while I got their smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Both of us requested medium cooked poached eggs, they came a little undercooked, but we ended up getting them fixed. They were very accommodating about fixing the eggs. Otherwise, everything was delicious. Their home fries were crispy and seasoned well, the smoked salmon was complimentary to the sauce and egg.

Service was swift, there were only two servers here at the time of us eating here (keep in mind, the place was steady and mostly seated). We didn’t feel rushed, we got our food within a reasonable amount of time too, got our bill right away when we asked for it.

It was hot in there. The A/C was weak like the coffee. Coffee was basically just black water. The waitress tried to explain away but it’s real simple…add more ground coffee beans and bam!!! …strong coffee

That place is amazing, I do not use to do google reviews, but the food was great, a clean place, very familiar.
I went there with my family and the staff was playing with my wife’s nephew.
I have such a great time and food on that place.
