This was the best dining experience my family has EVER had. My whole family went for an early dinner after my father's funeral. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond. The owner brought over a box of cookies with 'So sorry for your loss' written on the top and a free coffee and sandwich for my mother. They had overheard our conversation and wanted to give out experience a personal touch. The food was homemade and was the best food I've ever had from what seems like a fat food restaurant from the outside but turned out to be an enjoyable indoor dining experience. This place is a must go try for anyone coming to Niagara Falls Ontario.

The food is not worth the nearly $18 price. I ordered a vegetarian burger, which was soggy and had a bitter taste. The onion rings were overly oily and also bitter, suggesting that the fryer oil might not be changed frequently. The only reason I’m giving two stars is that the staff member at the drive-thru window was friendly.

Worker was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Super helpful and great experience. Food was amazing,ordered 2 different burgers and garlic Parm fries, absolute fire!!yum

The food was really good from here, bacon on my sandwich was thick and not paper thin like other fast-food restaurants. The garlic fries didn't have nearly as much sauce on it like the Cajun fries did. The spicy chicken sandwich was very mild in spice. Nothing stood out with the food. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and looked very clean inside. However the price for the food is wayyyyy too much. For 2 people it was a bit over $40.00

My partner and I visited for a bite to eat and it was super yummy. I have the double double on a gluten-free bun and she had a bacon cheddar burger also on a gluten-free bun (we are both celiac). The cashier was very knowledgeable about allergies and how to accommodate them. We also had a vanilla milkshake and a chocolate milkshake. Super yummy! They blend them right in front of you and the whipped cream is real whipped cream! Overall it was a tad expensive (granted we got a combo and the milkshakes and gf buns so it's expected) but overall worth it for the quality. Everything was very fresh and you can taste the difference. We will definitely be making this a regular milkshake spot.
Dietary restrictions: They have lettuce wraps (free) and gluten free buns (1$)
Amazing. The food was delicious and hot. The service was great. And the building was clean and well kept. We will be back soon.
