New to Niagara falls, the wife was super excited to try Triple o's. she ordered mid afternoon uber eats, got a buy one get one free chicken burger fry and gravy. About an hour or two later she complained she wasent feeling well and eventually was in the bathroom with diarrhea and to the point of vomit. Previously worked in the food industry for over 20 years, I'm suspecting the gravy was previous left over reheated or even possibly fresh today but not held to temp properly to mid afternoon.
On a positive note The food looked and tasted great btw! Shame about the improper food handling leading to food bourne illness. I highly doubt she will be back.

I recently had the chance to eat at Triple O’s, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience! The food is on another level, the burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavor, the fries were crispy and fresh, and the milkshake was thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
It’s rare to find a place that nails every single part of the meal, but Triple O’s really does. You can taste the quality and care that goes into the food, and it makes the whole dining experience feel special.
Beyond just great food, there’s something about the atmosphere and service here that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell it’s a family run spot with real pride behind it, and that sets it apart from any other burger place.
Definitely my go to from now on, highly recommend!

I went with my husband and our two kids, and we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was really good and fresh. A special thanks to Mehak (I hope I spelled her name correctly), who took our order and served us — she was very kind, polite, and attentive, which made our family visit even better. We all enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this place!

I would recommend this great place to come and eat with your family or friends. This place is very child friendly. the food here is amazing and the staff were amazing .The food was not greasy or salty and cooked well. The portions are fair for the price you pay .I will be back here.... This place is very very clean . the washroom was also very clean
Absolutely amazing food. My husband is from B.C and lived next to a triple Os, so he had it frequently. He moved to Ontario and when we moved to Niagara he was excited to see one on Lundys Lane in the falls. He told me how good their food was. Tonight I FINALLY tried it, and it was amazing!!!! I just got the original with cheese and my husband got the bacon and cheese burger combo. The burgers were so good, super fresh and well made. The fries were awesome too. We will definitely be back with the kids next time

I had the Monty Mushroom burger. It had little to no flavor. The most flavorful item on the burger was the pickle on top. My daughter told me her Caesar chicken wrap was okay, but pretty standard.
