We had never been here. I am a server and the service here was amazing. From the girl that seated us to our server and any other person that had contact with us. The food was great. And the drinks we had were amazing. All the food we saw come out of the kitchen looked great. The restaurant was clean amd great atmosphere highly recommend this place!!!!

Andrea was so welcoming an extremely attentive. The food was great - e thoroughly enjoyed the mountain of poutine and the the sticky toddy pudding is an absolute must. I may even recommend to start with that! Favorite beer - Richards red.

Our first night in Niagara Falls and we were trying to find a place that wasn’t going to cost $100 per plate. Turtle Jack’s was across the road from where we were staying. The prices looked good and we hoped the food was too. Turns out the food was amazing! I had the fish fry and it was the first time I finished a meal before my husband. He got the bison for us to try and we were surprised we both liked it. The mashed potatoes were possibly the best we’d tasted too. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend them.

I ordered the Mango Mezcallita since I'm a huge Mezcal fan. Mezcal's smoky taste is very easy to sense but the drink barely had any of that taste. I asked about it, on the next one I requested to mix less of the mango syrup to help surface any subtle taste. Nothing, the drink tasted just the same as the first one. Not sure if they stock a different kind of Mezcals than the ones I'm used to south of the border.

As for the food, my dish, bison meatloaf, was delicious. But both my wife's garden burger and the mac n cheese for kids were very disappointing, to say the least. The burger buns were cold, when we asked the server she first said that it is always like that, then said the kitchen is closed so all they could heat was the patty. Both very contradictory and hard to understand statements (can't you heat the buns exactly where you heated the patty?). Usually in our experience a decent restaurant would fix the issue but instead we were met with a total lack of empathy and a cold burger that was also very dry and flavorsless. The kids mac n cheese was also as bland as possible and was no better tasting than plain boiled pasta.

I admit that we arrived at the restaurant near closing time but they should have just turned us away. Serving sub par food and drinks at the normal (very hefty) prices is not justified. We went there due to good reviews and being super close to our hotel but in hindsight I feel like our time and money would have been better spent elsewhere or just ordering delivery. Our previous day experience at a nearby 'chain' restaurant, which has lower ratings on here, was way better.

Not a bad price for Niagara Falls. I always question restaurants when you order a meal and the French fries that come are equivalent to one potato. It's those little things will bring me back or keep me away.

Cajun chicken penned was delicious. Our server, Sydney was great. Very upbeat and attentive.
