Turtle Jack's Niagara Falls

Very bad experience, waited our food for 40 minutes for no reason, no one comfort us.

If you are hungry, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

right when my family and i walked in we were greeted by one of the nicest hostess i’ve talked to named ava, very sweet, sat us within a few minutes, and had a wondering smile. the server we had brought our food quickly and we left with our stomachs full. definitely would recommend if you’re in the area! the food doesn’t disappoint!

We ate at the Niagara Falls location twice during our stay. Everything about our experience was exemplary. The food was delicious and the service was top shelf. We would eat here again and recommend without hesitation. Well done.

We were disappointed with our visit to Turtle Jacks. The hostess was unfriendly and impatient. After ordering, our food arrived in about 30 minutes for a caesar salad and poke bowl. The chicken on the caesar salad had no flavor. The waiter did not return to check on us during the meal. The overall experience was only average.

French dip was wonderful and Claudia was a great server

Food was amazing! Rib steak was melt in your mouth.

I read the reviews and everything was great so went for dinner. This is the best place so far in Niagara. My husband and I sat at the bar and Andrea was wonderful. The food was so fresh and make sure to visit when you are in town

This restaurant is amazing! The service was exceptional and my family of 6 all really loved the food. Our waitress was pleasant, funny, and made sure our experience was very memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Came here with about 20 or so people for hockey & our server was amazing! We went to TGIFridays (don’t recommend) for lunch and had 2 rude servers attend us. We walked in with no appointment and kids and Tyrel jacks with 1 server and had the best service we’ve ever had! So fast and so pleasant! (Bison meatloaf is a must and turtle chicken wings)

This place is an absolute gem among the touristy, mediocre, fallsview restaurants. The food is incredible, and the handcrafted cocktails are nuanced and perfectly made. We had a variety of appetizers and desserts in the comfortable bar area. Their sticky toffee pudding alone is worth a stop!

The owners and staff are amazing, and every time they make me feel like a true guest in their restaurant. They’re really lovely.

I always stop by Turtle Jack’s when I am in Niagara Falls. You should, too!

The seasonal short rib grilled cheese was great! The prices felt a little steep but understand there is the tourist tax.

We brought a group of 50 people to this location on a Friday (mix of kids and adults). Dealing with the manager, Christine, ahead of time was great, she communicated well and explained how to make it work as easily as possible with such a large group. Normally when we say 'hockey team', restaurants are hesitant and on edge from the moment we arrive. The staff greeted us warmly and were friendly from the start to the end! They were amazing! They were quick, patient and all had a sense of humour! On top of the great service, the food and drinks were excellent. I can't say enough about this location and their staff, if you are in the area, I would highly recommend!
