We truly enjoyed our meal at Turtle Jack’s. Tasha was so friendly and amazing! We had such a great family time. Food was awesome as well! Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic food & great service! Claudia was very attentive & pleasant. Ordered the 4 cheese Cajun penne chicken. Highly recommend. Sticky toffee pudding is the best around!

First time experience and I must say it was nice. I was served by Andrea who was exceptionally polite, kind, soft spoken and made my birthday pleasant. What people don’t understand is you go to a restaurant for the food but the service is what makes you return. Knowing that you can alter your food preferences but you can’t change the mannerisms of a person. Wish I could have an Andrea in all the restaurants I go to 😆

The only thing I was not aware of (seeing I was not the one who chose the restaurant) was the fact it was connected to a hotel so you get all kinds of persons down to kids and babies. So I’d suggest if you want a formal night out without possible babies crying and such maybe try elsewhere but otherwise I would still return.

Visiting from Michigan. Just finished viewing the Niagara Falls. Nice ambiance and the food was wonderful. I tried the butternut soup for the first time, loved it. Main course was the Tuna Poke, consisting of Ahi tuna, mango, avocado, carrot, cucumber, edamames and a bit of coconut rice. Just yummy-licious!
Waitress was friendly. She got a nice tip. Highly recommend this place.

We took a chance & tried Turtle Jacks because of the reviews & we are glad that we did! Food was great! Guac was a pleasant surprise. I got the bison burger & added the poutine & it was beyond yummy! The brownie dessert was big enough for 2 & we LOVED it! Our server Brett was a great guy! He was very helpful, attentive & knowledgeable! We will definitely be visiting again when we are in Niagara Falls!

We stopped for a quick snack of nachos which was good but a little spicier than expected. Our waiter was friendly and helpful.

Amanda was our server, she was very friendly and helpful with giving advice on local attractions. The food here was amazing and close to the nightlife. 10/10 recommend, the 3 cheese dip is fantastic.
