Ordered “Hot wings” and got bbq. Called and they said their hot is bbq. Only pizza place in North American where “hot” isn’t “hot buffalo”. Wouldn’t replace order for what I wanted.

The young man working at 1230 am March 25 was the best! I ordered the walknin and said olives but truly it was a mistake on both ends and he made pep and olives..went to pick up 10 mins b4 closing and he insisted he could make me a new one as I'm vegetarian. He absolutely didn't have to do that! Even gave me 2 dipping sauces extra. Was so unbelievably kind that I'm writing my first review. What a lucky business to have someone like this. I've never experienced that kind of service before. So so nice wish I got his name! Thank you thank you!

I usually get what I order, but this time I ordered a deep dish , well done . To be honest it was way under cooked for me . First time I’ve been disappointed .Update! Got a pizza there the other day, hot sausage, pepperoni extra cheese mushroom well done best pizza I’ve ever had

Ordered through website arround 2:30pm yesterday. Selected 4pm as pick up time. Arrived to find my order hadn't been started. No issues with Food, other then they had run out of mushrooms for my one pizza. Food itself was great. Just seemed like staffer was overwhelmed or unorganized?

So disappointed with how this turned out because before ordering I specifically called them to ask if everything was halal and the girl on the phone said yes, I made sure to re ask the question like everything is halal right and she said yes. I order for pick up on Uber eats and I walked in and the guy tells me the the pepperoni isn’t halal and I was shocked because how can someone from your store tell customers false information like that. At the same time they don’t have any proof that they’re halal certified at all and I’ll never come back to this place. I did appreciate the workers because they were nice and re made the pizza for me with the halal toppings again I did apologize because I’ve never ordered. The amount of food cost that’s going to waste because their menu isn’t clear and people picking up the work phone with the wrong information is absolutely ridiculous. If the guy didn’t tell me that it wasn’t halal I would of took this situation more seriously. But I’ve noted to not trust anyone’s word until it’s halal certified which again is no where to be found at this location.
