One of the few fast food places you can go to where they don't screw up your order, can speak the English and the food is consistently good. What other fast food burger joint serves fresh lettuce, tomato and onion on their burgers with a decent patty that is actually ground beef? My only suggestion, please season your patties!!

Avoid at all costs. Its dirty and the floors need to be swept and all counters and tables are filthy. I asked for ketchup and they have NO ketchup. A lady asked for butter for her baked potato and they have no butter.

When I walked in this Wendy location I got my food right away, however As soon as I got my food there was no seats 😱😱☹️. There was water all over the floor. The food was good but there was no ice for drinks🥤. (P.S there was a bit of mold on the barbecue sauce)

I’ve gone to this Wendy’s a long time now and the lady that works the drive thru in the afternoon is by far the best and fastest employee of Wendy’s I have ever seen. Great service!
The food is what you would expect from a Wendy’s, so that was all good.. however, the restaurant is looking unkept - needs a really good detail cleaning (walls, window ledges etc) and the tables weren’t cleaned. There no napkins available, the condiment table looked like a tornado went through it, and the self serve pop machine was out of half the selections (no coke - only cherry available, sprite, gingerale, Minute Maid - only blueberry available) there were only us and 1 other family ordering at the counter and they seemed overwhelmed. Other customers came in shortly after and had to wait almost 10 minutes to order while the staff put together our meals.. I hope this is not the norm for this location.

I ordered 4 Frosty-ccino at the drive through and got 4 ice coffees from the team of Indians. I'm only mentioning the ethnicity so management can retrain or address it. Date of service June 11 between 4:50pm to 5 pm.

Bought a large poutine, and I got a container of plain cold fries. Bought a double grilled-cheese patty burger melt, got a single patty with extremely burnt & slimy grilled onions. I had to manually order napkins and they were all covered with a weird slime that smelled like vinegar. Disgusting.
