I ordered 4 Frosty-ccino at the drive through and got 4 ice coffees from the team of Indians. I'm only mentioning the ethnicity so management can retrain or address it. Date of service June 11 between 4:50pm to 5 pm.

Bought a large poutine, and I got a container of plain cold fries. Bought a double grilled-cheese patty burger melt, got a single patty with extremely burnt & slimy grilled onions. I had to manually order napkins and they were all covered with a weird slime that smelled like vinegar. Disgusting.

Food good. But I only ever do pick up orders and 9/10 times they very follow the changes I make to the burger toppings. I just want some onions added to my burger. Is that too much to ask? They have also forgotten my spoon or fork sometimes

Fast food. Service was very good. Getting in and out of parking lot is difficult. And the Wendy's app terrible.
Manager berated the cashier over a question that the customer was asking. There were 3 managers working and the establishment still couldn't get their stuff together. The excuse was that the managers were getting yelled at over drive through. I'm sorry but that doesn't give you the right to start yelling at your workers. In her fit of anger the manager deleted all the orders and when that caused more issues blamed the cashier again. Retrain your managers. They also refused to give their names

Worse service ever...I asked for a straw I was cut off and the window shut...I went to ask for a spoon ..the man stood there..and didn't answer me...so I had to leave to.come back around...I called the managaer 2.times...they answered and put the phone down and went to work...the next step.todqy is head office. When you are charging more for food so people can enjoy you can at least have manners and be courteous. Rudest place ever

Manager is very rude without any reason go to pick the order and they give to someone else it’s there mistake and telling that I have already give to someone and telling Uber that I am remaking order and her name is kamal. Behaving like I am her servant I go to pick the order of Uber and another guy who’s there started telling that I will report you very rude staff and manager.
