Great breakfast, affordable. The server was so nice. I had asked for a few modifications to my order request and she obliged no problem.
Coffee was good and presented with a heart on top. Cute.
Decor is what you’d expect at any Williams / nothing too special.
Vegetarian options: The veg breakfast was yummy. :)
Dietary restrictions: I ordered the bagel w egg, avocado, tomato and spinach. I asked for the items to be on their own and not on a bagel. Then I asked if the bagel could be changed to a croissant and put on the side. All of these requests were obliged. I can’t have wheat, so I brought the croissant home for my kids. Egg and everything else was delicious and healthy.

My mom and I came here for coffee, we ordered the maple oat latte. It came with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
My mom thought it was too sweet so we politely asked our server for an extra espresso shot to help. She asked the barista and came back to tell us that if we wanted an extra espresso shot we would have to pay. We weren’t offered for a remake so I went up to the barista and told her we didn't like it and she once again said we would have to pay for an extra espresso shot. She then said she could remake it after i told her i was disappointed.
I’m disappointed as I am a shift lead/barista and I would not treat my customers this way. Won’t be back.

We are new to the area but love William’s so we were excited to find one close to home. We have been a few times, and while the food and drinks are top notch, the service was cold and unwelcoming. Everyone working look so miserable, no smiles, no courtesy..just very awkward. We love the food and atmosphere but the employees behaviours keep us from wanting to go in. Today we went through drive-thru and I got my usual large cappuccino. Even through drive-thru the customer service was lacking in friendliness and courtesy. I almost feel like we are intruding on their day just being customers. But today’s drive-thru experience for my Capp was disappointing. I always get them in the cafe in the giant mug but today in a take-out cup, it was only filled just over halfway. The rest was foam. I’m aware Capps have a lot of foam but this was more than it should have had, total ripoff. Everyone in there is so unapproachable, I didn’t have the guts to go in and confront anyone about this. I’m not sure we will be back.

Williams Cafe is great! First time going there, had the hazelnut banana crunch waffle I believe that’s what it’s called, with a large coffee, it was delicious! You definitely don’t need a side with it, it’s very filling and size of the coffee was excellent!

I got the chicken Caesar wrap and two smoothies. Very disappointed the chicken Caesar wrap was gross and the smoothies were chunky. They also gave me coleslaw in dipping container like this place is joke. Waste of my money never coming back to Williams.

I ordered from Williams Café so often from Uber eats. The staff here 90% Always get my order wrong even when I put in specific notes. The staff at this restaurant, preparing the food, rush and are completely Careless handling orders. This happens more than 20 Times to me. The odd time when you have a great staff who does their job well the food is amazing. Having good staff that care about the business goes a very, very long way. And I think management needs to understand that here and pay more attention to their staff. I literally give this restaurant 2/5 stars rating. I don’t suggest going to this restaurant. They should change their staffing or train them better to people who Actually put effort into preparing food The correct way that the orders are supposed to beand even down to the way it’s packaged. It’s just so sloppy. And this is no way to run a good business. And management doesn’t give a crap either when you complain, Nothing changes. Don’t go here if you don’t wanna waste your money.

Visited for the first time and had a great experience. The coffee was excellent, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a snack. Looking forward to coming back again.

Ordered the classic breakfast, recieved potatoe wedges and toast. They forgot the egg! I told them, and it took 15 minutes to get my eggs after everything on my plate got cold. No apology, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Williams mess up A LOT, and they never make it right.

I've been going to this Cafe ever since they opened. This place use to be such an amazing Coffee Shop to hang out & the atmosphere was also amazing. I couldn't help but noticed how it's been going down hill in the last couple of years. To begin with, I noticed they change staff often. Today, it was chaos to say the least... no staff seemed to know anything... (I was trying to be understanding as I thought everyone was knew at their job & they were all young)... but today was absolutely unacceptable. My friend ordered a coffee & a breakfast bagel sandwich & I ordered a latte... we did get our drinks in a reasonable time but my friends coffee was barely warm and the sandwich just never came.
My friend went to see after 20 minutes & was told it was at the counter ready to be served by a waitress. Another 5 minutes went by, still no sandwich. I went to see twice to find out what was going on but the waitress seems lost & pointed me to speak to the man who was working behind the counter... (I assumed he was a Manager or the Owner but, I'm not sure because online it presents him as Chef C.). Who ever this person is to this Coffee Shop, he seemed pretty aggravated & obviously didn't want to hear about us having to wait for a sandwich for over 30 minutes. Finally, I told him to just give us our money back & as I'm trying to speak he cuts me off by saying... YAAAAA, YAAAAA, YAAAAA. My friend & I were in complete shock... we couldn't believe the arrogance coming from a person who was there to serve customers.
Customer Service at this place is out the door & so did we. I will never return there unless someone else is taking over & definitely do not recommend anyone to support this business. Their is other places who will be more than happy to treat their customers with respect & understand the true meaning of Customer Service.

The avocado toast is pathetic lol. A 1/4 of an avocado slice put on toasted wonderbread. I thought it was a joke.

My husband and I came here to enjoy a Chai latte, a London fog drink and apple turnovers.
Everything was good, but the turnovers should have actual apple pieces in them instead of just sauce.
The ambience was peaceful, and the privacy with the booths was a nice change compared to Tim Hortons.
