Williams Fresh Cafe

On January 19 2026 we visited this location with our young family as it was of PA day. We encountered a very rude and disrespectful women who told our children repeatedly to be quiet and ordered us to move table. She continuously swore at us. We advised the waitress and she brushed us off saying she’s a quote on quote a regular here. We will never be attending this location when visiting the Niagara region.We called to speak to the manger to advise them of such unpleasant experience but were unsuccessful.

This location disrespects the elderly especially the regulars, my parents stopped going there for their daily breakfasts because of the yelling and screaming inside the restaurant.

The drive through order experience took way too long. Approximately 10min.
The everything bagel, toasted, with butter, cream cheese & egg was like chewing on tasteless rubber.
Soggy bagel, rubbery microwaved egg without salt or pepper & barly there cream cheese.
Coffee was tepid.
I picked Williams based on past good experiences. What happened?

Have recently visited this location twice. Both times staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The danish I had was flaky and fresh. And I’m a huge fan of the Italian sodas. Will be back! Btw - because someone else mentioned the washrooms - they were well maintained when I visited.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had here.
I ordered a cappuccino and a chai latte - both hot, I waited over 5 minutes ( I’m not even joking ) waiting at the drive through window for my 2 drinks for $12+ which the price was fine- same thing I’d pay for Starbucks but waiting for 2 hot drinks should not take that long and once we got the drinks the lady at the window just handed it to us and said nothing. Not friendly at all. The cappuccino was just above room temp and my hot chai was cold. Super super disappointed. If I didn’t have somewhere to be I would have gone back in and talked to the staff. Never again

My recent visits to Williams were fantastic. I appreciate how good the food and service have been in the 6-7 times I've been here. Deanne has especially been a delight; quick to assist, pleasant interactions, and always trying to assist her team. I wish I had helpful management like that back when I was in customer service.

One negative is that the cookies are a bit too hard to chew, but I know that's just personal preference.

Coffee is great, but the customer service is disappointing.
The lady almost yelled at me just for asking for a coffee refill.
As a returning customer, that’s not what you expect.
You try to support local businesses, but experiences like this remind you why it’s hard to go back.
