Gave them another chance. They forgot to put our order in. I got a whole cookie for compensation.

Fabulous place I ever visited. The staff is so polite and humble. They are giving their best service. I would highly recommend this place to visit with family and friends.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the customer service was extremely poor. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and service quality.

Met a wonderful associate there today Cameron. Took the time to explain to me the Williams operation , at the Dorchester location. Very nice man and establishment.

Alexandra (I believe was her name - blonde and blue hair) was extremely, EXTREMELY rude to my wife and I when we visited the other day.
She was on her phone a lot and so was very difficult to get her attention when we needed help, to which she told us we were wrong.
Will not be back until she is fired.

They spent 5 min answering my question of what is in the breakfast burrito to tell me there is cheese in it. Then I asked for no cheese. Then 10 min later I receive my burrito absolutely loaded up with cheese.
I don’t recommend this place for lactose intolerant folks :(

Went in today to get a quick bite and some coffee, I’ve never been here before and I will never come back. The menu states that wraps come with their home fries and fruit, we needed to take it to go, the cashier never said that the menu was different for takeout but when I was given my order there was no fries and no fruit, I asked where the rest of the food was? she said that they aren’t included in takeout. Nowhere does it say that you get only the wrap, they should be upfront about that when you’re ordering. The wrap was awful, everything in it was so mushy the bacon wasn’t even cooked properly I couldn’t even eat it. The drinks were pretty good but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for the food or the quality of service. They need to do better!
