My boyfriend and I dropped in here for a pit stop on our way to Buffalo and we grabbed a couple of Caesar wraps and a coffee. I am so glad we did! The wraps were so fresh and delicious. I also love the atmosphere and the service is wonderful. I enjoyed the wraps so much that we dropped back in on our way back home the following day. We got the soup and a couple of their house made sodas. Every time we visit Niagara or Buffalo, this will be our spot on the way!

Honestly I was really disappointed by the food. The bread of the sandwich was really hard, and that's how they serve coffee to me.I didn't expected at all, because I tried earlier the food from Williams in Brampton location.The quality of the food over there was way better than this.

Great place! Service was great both the cashier and server were very friendly and helpful. Would come back to this location when visiting the Falls. We had the egg, bacon, spinach avacado bagel sandwich, classic breakfast, coffee and Chai latte, and all were delicious. Both breakfasts came with a wedge of orange which was a nice addition!!Parking: Shared strip mall parking.
We had enjoyed dinner at a nearby Thai/Vietnamese place and we saw Williams on the way into the parking lot, decided to pop in after dinner to have coffee. Their coffee is excellent and other drinks on the menu, the food choices looked appealing but we just had dinner so we settled for desserts. The cookies are not too sweet but delicious and crunchy. They close at around 8 pm so they were cleaning and getting ready to close but we still got very good service, even with an unfortunate brownout in the area. We’re definitely trying the excellent looking and healthy food on their menu next time around.

Latte was delicious, the staff were great! My breakfast sandwich was alright, except the avocado they served on it was brown and rock hard. Once I took it off the rest of the sandwich was very good!

Enjoyed our visit here this morning. It was big and the booths were spacious enough that my two toddlers could sort of 'play' while staying at the table. The set up is a bit weird, but I'll definitely be back.

This used to be our go-to brunch place, but after our most recent visit, we will never come back again.Service/Atmosphere:As we were waiting at the counter, staff would walk by, glance at us, then work on other things– which is alright since they were probably just busy. An older woman at the cashier who kept shooting glances at other staff and us eventually went to the counter without a word, and glared at us. We could tell she was probably already frustrated, and we were trying to make things as easy as possible for her.It seemed like she was taking out her anger/frustration on us. I completely understand that things might get busy at work, but that isn’t a reason to take it out on others- we are all human.She was very impatient and kept aggressively interrupting while we were ordering, giving us the impression that we were wasting her time (although we were just ordering plain coffee and a food item for each of us, and had prepared our order before coming to the counter to save her time), while at times giving unclear interjections (e.g. gesturing vaguely behind us) and seeming more angry when we didn’t know what she meant. She mocked the pronunciation of someone who came with us who has an accent, but speaks fluently (saying “Ameri-cah-no” and she rudely corrected them that they actually meant to say “Ameri-caw-no”).At one point she slammed the coffee onto the counter, a good portion spilled, and when we asked if we could have a napkin (since there was coffee all over the mug and the counter), she acted like we were seriously inconveniencing her. Overall, the ordering process was very stressful and dampened the mood for the rest of our time there, and we felt unwelcome.Food:The food here is very good. We’ve already had brunch here a few times already with smooth experiences, but the hostility from that day is enough to never visit again– the prices aren't worth this type of service. I wouldn’t want to bring any loved ones here if I know they might be treated the same way by this employee again.

Order via Uber Eats Sunday December 24 around 11am. Giving dare because I don't know the name of the person who prepared my food and I hope they figure out it is them, if they read this.The turkey Club Sandwich was prepared horribly. The worst I've ever had. Did not put toothpicks in to hold it in place, put it in the bag sides ways..... It immediately fell apart when I unwrapped it and the bonus was the hair I found in it!Will never order from here again.
