Their own delivery service is terrible. Took an hour to get my food, zero instructions followed and the wings are wrong. Why do you push so hard for people to use your delivery if it's god awful.

We ordered for the first time here, never again. Ridiculously expensive and small portions. 3/4 lbs wing deal no drink, popcorn chicken deal with drink and mini donuts came to almost $55! I received 5 small wings for my efforts and a dozen small potato wedges with one carrot slice and one celery slice. Maybe a dozen little chicken bites, same dozen small wedges , same carrot slice and celery slice. Wings were OK, popcorn chicken was frozen reheated and very dry, wedges were bland and not hot. Very poor experience would never go back.

Tried to order ahead on my way to the place woman can’t even speak or understand English on her phone speaking her own language when I came back to collect the food wrong drinks over cooked chicken another Canadian establishment being ruined shame

Horrible wings!

We ordered 2 smiley sandwiches with extra sauce and a large order of onion rings. The chicken on the smiley sandwiches was dry and rubbery while the sandwich itself was a mess drenched in sauce. I asked for extra sauce, I didn’t ask for them to dunk the sandwich in sauce. The onion rings were inedible because of the amount of salt they poured onto them after I specifically said ‘no salt’ when she asked me if I wanted salt. I called to complain at least 5 times and each time I was told the manager wasn’t there, but they would get them to call me. They never called. One time I called the girl said they likely won’t call me back and to just leave a review instead - so here we are…. Terrible food. Normally my son and I love the smiley sandwiches, but this time they were barely edible and we didn’t even finish eating them. The onion rings went in the garbage, we only ate one each and couldn’t get past the salt overload. All this garbage for $40 and not even the courtesy to call me back to try and make it right. I literally threw my money in the garbage. Terrible food, even worse customer service. Pathetic - don’t waste your time or money here. It seems like they aren’t too concerned to respond to all their criticisms lately regarding their overpriced less than mediocre food. Maybe they will care more about customer service and food quality once they’re shut down and all unemployed because everyone will know better than to eat there.

Sorry but 18,99 for 3 wings and some cold cold wedges was definitely not worth it I had to reheat my food wings are tiny and done taste good at all never will I ever waste my hard working money yall are ridiculously expensive for low grade food

Waited over 30 minutes for 1 pound of wings, which was only seven wings super small as well in regular size chicken bites, which look like they came out of the freezer and just heated up and my celery was like rubber. It was flimsy. It wasn’t even hard celery all for a whopping $42. I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life.

Order 80+ dollars worth of food and it was the smallest portions I've ever seen. The "family size" potatoes wedges were a single serving a hand full at best. The food arrived barley warm. Would never in my life spend money like that on such poor quality and quantity food again.

It takes longer than half an hour for a chicken sandwich had to go back to work before the sandwich was anywhere near done they took payment will have to stay hungry terrible service sanwiches are okay when "light on the sauce" and you have an hour to spare

My order came in wrong for a delivery on my lunch break, asked for a refund and was told nothing would be done as it wasn't wrong, when on the receipt my order was how I ordered it and I even called to confirm the order with their employee. Cajun rub on top with mild sauce on the side. All sauces and spices came on the side, with a cold, dry wing in the box. The employee Guarev and the manager SAM went on to tell me I was wrong, that I only confused them and told me they won't do anything. He said something I couldn't understand and hung up on me. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had, and their wings were very dry... The order was supposed to come for 2:30 pm and the driver arrived at 2:12.... Dry Wings, terrible service, Wings up deserves 1 star.
