Coconut raspberry and the pistachio flavours are great! The lady that served us was also great! The decor of the store very much looked like a sanitarium, but not a dealbreaker. Just means it looks clean and minimalist I guess, but who cares? GELATO!

The flavours we had were great but I felt like there were loads of missing/empty freezers as the selection was limited.
30ish flavors. Delicious! Lady was super friendly :)

Terrible service, older male server was rude and not friendly. This is my second time going, hoping for a better experience but received same poor service. No sampling allowed and you cannot mix flavours in a small cup (all other gelato shops in the area allow you to pick at least two). No interior decoration (very odd atmosphere) and no seating inside although there is plenty of space. Lastly, when we ordered our gelato it was already melting. The quality of the gelato was good- but the overall customer service experience is horrible which is why I will not be returning.

Great ice cream however service was horrible. The lady at the front desk is extremely nice however the owner the man who served us was extremely rude. When giving service in a tourist place such as Niagara falls and people are on vacation it’s crucial to smile at the customers and be kind. I hope that the owner changes his ways and becomes more kind towards customers, staring at customers with a dead face while serving them, no thanks, or your welcomes is very bad to customer experience. I don’t want to put down a business but I wish this service was better, great ice cream though, best of luck. Especially when I came with a family of 5, as a business treating the customers like you don’t want them is not good
Hands down the best gelato at Niagara on the lake. You need to walk a bit further down from the clock tower and the surrounding touristy area to find this place, but the walk is worth it. The rum and raisin is my personal favorite, but we loved all the flavors that we tried. The lady behind the counter is very friendly and offers free samples of as many flavours as you like.

OMG Il Gelato di Carlotta on Queen St in Niagara-on-the-Lake is an absolute must! The gelato is top tier, you will be instantly transported to Italy in one taste! My favourites are Gianduja, Pistachio, Stracciatella, Strawberry, and Cranberry! I always come here when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake. Their Paninis are delicious as well, the Ham and Cheese, and Caprese! Their coffee and espresso are very good as well, they are a gelato establishment and many people just come for the fantastic Italian coffee!
The best pistachio ice cream I have ever had in my life!

Excellent gelato! There was so much good stuff to try in this shop, but I only had gelato. Will definitely return to sample other things and additional flavors. Another place on the street had a long line all day long, but I really enjoyed this one.
Delicious gelato with excellent service. Lots of mouth watering variety as well.
My family and I just came back from Europe last year and fell in love with gelato! We tried all 5 gelato places in Niagara on the lake and this place had the BEST gelato!
Amazing ice cream and very nice person working the lady was
