I recently visited the cafe and while the food and ambiance were excellent, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff appeared unfriendly and seemed upset, with no smiles or warmth, which made the experience less enjoyable. It felt as though they were irritated, and that dampened the otherwise pleasant visit.
