Came here on Monday as it is advertised 50% off pizzas during happy hour (3-5). No where on their social media, or website indicates you need to purchase an alcoholic drink to get this promotion. The server (who was very nice) did not inform us of this either, but did tell us that the pizzas were half off. When we got our bill, we got charged full price because alcohol was not purchased. This is unfortunate as my husband and I both do not drink. For one pizza and cola, our bill was fifty dollars. As much as I love it here, I will not return. Transparency would be better going forward.

Edit: I reached out to Barrelhead on Instagram as their Instagram story advertised this “promotion” with polite, constructive feedback. I did receive a response, but shortly afterward I was blocked from their page. I only realized this as I was going on their page to check their hours and give them another chance. This felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially when I was only trying to provide feedback. Definitely not the way to treat customers.

Nice spot for lunch or dinner. Big patio with lots of seating and they have live music on weekends, which is a great touch. The pizza was tasty and the ice wine cocktail was super refreshing.

I was really satisfied with my visit here! I ordered the Little Mikey pizza and it was delicious. I especially enjoyed the restaurant’s outdoor lounge — it was green, relaxing, and beautifully. Such a lovely experience!

Wasn’t allowed entry. Went there with family and Support Dog and as he was tagged ‘Emotional Support’ was not allowed entry. Lots of space off the path and area for family to celebrate. This was a choice. All required docs for animal were present. Oh and drove 40 min to be there specifically for the dogs birthday celebrating hum being one, as well as being a service dog.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience tonight as our pizzas took 1 hour from the minute we sat down at 6pm to be ready. Our server Chloe also acted inconvenienced when serving us. Probably will not be back.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing dinner at Barrelhead this past Friday evening! The atmosphere is 10/10, the salad and pizza were fantastic and Pam was one of the best servers we have ever had! She was so nice, attentive and sweet. She came over plenty of times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and refilling our wine glasses. She really made our night! Thanks Barrelhead & Pam! We will definitely be back :)

Extremely disappointed....my family supported pilliterris through COVID ...ordering cases of wine because it was a family business. I have sent many patrons to Barrelhead and when my place of employment asked me where should we go for a staff get together I put barrelheads name forward.
Upon trying to book a reservation we were told absolutely we could do that but there will be a $200 non refundable deposit and the $200 will not come off the bill. When questioned about it we were told that's what we do. So your telling me that you want to charge us $200 to go sit at your tables and drop over $2000?
I spoke to a manager and was promised that the owner would call or text me after leaving my name and number after I personally went down there and to this day absolutely NOTHING..
We are a local business trying to support a locall business...isn't that what we are supposed to do?
We have now booked our event elsewhere and I will NO longer be supporting Barrelhead .

Great food and atmosphere with live music

Great day to have the 2 can dine Wednesday special with a friend. U get any salad to share, and it’s big. Then we each got a pizza. Shared a bottle of wine and some gelato and ice wine! Amazing!!!

Great, casual place to go, especially in the warmer weather! Sit outside, under an umbrella, by the cherry trees and enjoy amazing pizzas, huge salads (1 can easily satisfy 2 people!) and your choice of beverages. Wine flights, and cocktails flights are available. Oh, and there's live music too!

Staff were friendly and our server was kind. We’ve heard great things about the pizza, but when we tried it, the crust was like a brick.

The pizza was really good, so was the beer n wine. The ice wine sold there are the some of the best in the region.

Oh my god. We started at the winery tasting experience where the hostess mentioned that their in-house restaurant chef used to work in a Michelin star kitchen. I don’t know what he had been doing in that kitchen, but he was sure not baking pizza, because at this place, the pizza they served was burnt. And I really mean BURNT! See photos attached. And note - this restaurant almost exclusively serves pizza.
The cheese on the pizza was good and the toppings palatable. That’s all.
The place was pestered by an army of fruit flies and every - single - table - had a dirty cloth on it. The waiter was friendly, but the overall service not great.
