We were warmly welcomed and seated next to the fireplace! Leather bound menu presented many choices. Services were timely and not overly intrusive. We were fully satisfied and did not need dessert. A pleasant evening to celebrate our anniversary!

Patricia was our server and she was excellent! Very attentive, professional & friendly. Food was fabulous I had the ribeye and it was superb & I am a ribeye lover Will certainly be back considering we live down the street.

This was a beautiful place with great service and excellent food a really nice place to enjoy a wonderful dinner.

The pillar and post never disappoints. Their brunch is always delicious. There are gluten-free and vegetarian options which my family requires. The hot table items are very flavourful and perfectly cooked. There is an absolutely beautiful array of food.

We had an early reservation to beat the crowds. Wow. Everything exceeded our expectations and we are not easily impressed. Starters of Caesar salad and daily soup were perfect. Mains of prime rib and beef tenderloin could not be improved upon. We didn't have time for dessert but the options looked incredible and so hard to leave behind. We will be back!

Food and service was outstanding. Will definitely be going back again, for the fifth time.

Our server Patricia did an excellent job. The food was very good . My wife and I shared a fantastic caesar salad and we both enjoyed the prime rib. I could not have been better.

We were staying at the weather Pine Inn across the street and were given a breakfast voucher. The ambience is absolutely incredible in this place for breakfast. The gluten-free bread available is probably the best I've ever had in my life. We loved the all you can eat breakfast in the morning totally worth it

We booked a 5 pm dinner reservation for our group of 6, so that we could make the play at Shaw for 7 pm. First of all, thanks to Derek our server, who was pleasant, attentive and made sure our meals were served in time for us to make the play. My salmon dinner was delicious and my husband's steak was also cooked to perfection. Their bread basket is definitely worth ordering. All 6 of us were pleased with our meals and will be back in a few weeks. Kudos to the chef!!

Really nice restaurant. Upscale. Large portions in a very pretty setting

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. The crab cake was delicious- highly recommend. Tuna poke - I felt could use some more dressing, squash risotto was delicious , truffle fries- to DIE for and the chocolate dessert is delish too! Wine pairing with each dish helps in decision making. Service was fantastic.
Recommend it for a pleasant meal!

This is one of our go to restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake. You never leave hungry. Wonderful and engaging Team. You never feel rushed and they are very helpful picking out appetizers and your main entree. Shout out to Sue! She has become like family and we always enjoy getting caught up.
The food is first class and good size portions. I have to recommend any of the steaks.
They are done to perfect, thanks to Andy L. who makes sure every dish going out is done to perfection. I also have to give a shout out to our Busser Park B., thanks for making sure we always had everything we needed.
