Went there with my family, they charged my credit card twice! I have called them several times and they keep telling me the funds will be refunded but it has not happened. It has been almost 6 months. Managers refuse to talk to me directly, just tell their staff to tell me the issue will be resolved.

We ate here on Nov 9 for lunch . We got the souvlaki lunch . When it arrived it was luke warm at best...the rice and the gyro. It tasted fine but a cold food is not great which means it wasn't fresh. Now let's hope we won't get sick from it .
While I’m sure not everyone has an unpleasant experience at this restaurant, I was very disappointed that they were unwilling to makeup for what happened.
$18 plus tip for a Greek salad without cheese but they didn’t even put on olives and I was a guest for only about ten minutes.
I joined a group late just as everyone was done their food and the plates were getting cleared away. I asked the server if I could have a small side salad to eat quickly as people were wrapping up, but was told there was only a full size Greek salad. I made the mistake of ordering it, and got it just as everyone was getting their bills. I requested no cheese, so it was literally just lettuce and a few veggies with dressing on the side.
I thought maybe since I was only dining for a few minutes, they’d be accommodating could serve and charge me for a side salad. I only had a few bites before I was given my check as everyone was leaving and I took the rest to go.
I didn’t realize until I got home that the Greek salad was missing the olives. I paid all that money to dine for a few minutes and not even get a true Greek salad.
I called the restaurant to see if they could give me a small gift certificate to come back, but I was told they could remake the salad but I’d have to come back the same day.
I’m a mum of a baby without any more benefits. I can’t just come back into town to get the food, and I didn’t have the money to waste on something like this.

What an excellent meal! We were a large group of 9 and arrived without reservation around 6:45pm and they were more than happy to accommodate - even though we stayed past closing time. The food was absolutely delicious and the service could not have been more excellent (especially as we were a demanding table!) A huge thank you to Hannah who served us always with a smile and was extremely efficient and quick with our requests. She did a superb job. Thank you for a lovely evening!

The food was decent and the service was very good. However, as we were leaving, a mouse ran across the dining room. When I pointed it out, the server said, “Oh, I’ve been looking for that” and picked it up with a napkin. Ewwwwww.

This is always the restaurant I took my company too while they visited Niagara. I had a party of 8 and went to stand in line to ask if they could accommodate a party of this size. Mind you it was 4pm so it was not busy at all. I stood outside for 10 minutes while employees walked past me on multiple occasions. After 10 minutes a couple came up and stood behind me to wait. The hostess came over immediately when she saw them. She came up to the hostess table, looks behind be and asks them for how many. The gentlemen pointed to me and says she was here first. She looks at me and continues speaking with the couple and asks them to follow her. She leaves to go seat them while leaving me standing there, not acknowledging me whatsoever. After getting over the shock of what had just happened, I promptly left. I called the restaurant about 10 min later to express what had just happened. The same hostess answered the phone and stated “oh sorry I thought you were together”. She saw me standing the alone for 10 min, and didn’t bother to speak to me. She physically went out of her way to look behind me and speak to the other couple. She took just enough menus for them and left me standing there however, “she thought we were together”. I took my party to George’s greek village, much better experience.
