Terrible experience. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Appalled by the behaviour of the owner. Went here for lunch during the break on our wine tour. Called in advance and were told we would get a private room as we had a group of 15. When we arrived there was no mention of the party room, instead we were sat inside the dinning area. However, no one else was in the restaurant so I did not think twice. Our group was sat at differently tables but we were enjoying our lunch when suddenly the owner came out and yelled at us to be quiet and stop making so much noise. Considering we were paying customers I found this behaviour to be shocking. Additionally, I ordered the crab cakes and it tasted awful. C- for the food, and F for the service. Never will I ever eat at the Grill on King again and I advise that you shouldn't either.

We booked this for 430 on the busiest night. When we arrived, sign on door saying it was closed due to lack of staff. Problem is that it was too late to book anything, so the last night of my vacation was with McDonalds Really appreciate that open table did not inform us it was closed

The skies were threatening to rain and we had made a reservation for their patio (I think that was all that was available at the time - COVID). To my delight the patio had a cover. The service was prompt, the meals were delicious and it was just great to finally go to a restaurant.

Great time, Michele took care of us well. Would love to come back again after the pandemic to get the while experience.

We had good experience there. They have friendly staff, the food is fair but not extra ordinary. If you are are looking for somewhere to have a quick bite and some fun it's a good option.

Had high hopes for this place. My wife’s meal was so salty it was not edible. They made another but to wait 20 minutes while the rest of the food was getting cold was unacceptable. I had the pasta and the shrimps were over cooked. Kicker is the owner John did not do a thing to make it right. Would not even come out to talk to me. Just go elsewhere. Plenty of better restaurants.

Called before to book 3 tables of 4, for a group of us in the village for the day. The owner/chef/whoever it was, screamed at us to “quiet down - t

We made our reservations a while ago and specified on the patio. We got there and the hostess said that we would have to eat inside. When questioned why she said we had too many reservations. What kind of excuse is that. If you make a reservation here make sure you have a Plan B since you might not get seated. I, nor our friends will ever be going back.

Had made a reservation weeks in advance and specifically requested to sit on the patio. I received a call 2 hours to confirm on the day where again I said the reservation was on the patio and I was told yes, and when we arrived we were seated indoors. Disappointing but the server and the food were great.

Our waitress Michele was outstanding, one of the best services we have experienced in quite some time. Only issue we had was that we had to pay sir charge to share a meal or minimum $5 for a drink (even if you just wanted a glass of water?). I realize times are challenging these days but this policy is not what brings back customers.

The food was excellent and service was good but this restaurant needs to work on this ambiance. A bit sterile. No music or cute lighting. If they fixed that this would be a 10/10 restaurant
