Terrible food and a rip off for some very overcooked fries and some mystery meat which neither tastes like beef or lamb wrapped in soggy thick pita. My throat hurt after eating the fries which were really overdone and stomach hurt the rest of the night. The employees look miserable too in a tiny hot kitchen.. not coming back here ever again.

Having discovered this restaurant through an online search, we were under the impression that it would offer an authentic Greek dining experience. However, upon our visit, we observed that the dishes appeared to be pre-prepared and produced using industrialized methods. While the quality was not unsatisfactory, the authenticity of the cuisine was certainly questionable.

Delicious! Our first time here but certainly not the last. Sorry, I would have shown you what the food looks like, but it was so good (and we were so hungry) that we ate it quickly. We got the mix gyro wrap and the spanakopita. Both tasted homemade and fresh, and full of flavour. The staff were very friendly and the interior is clean and nicely decorated. I’ll definitely come back when we’re in NotL!
On a cold Saturday night before Christmas and every restaurant we went to was a hour wait. We found this beacon in the dark and the food was great. THANK YOU for being a normal spot for people to get good food and we made it to the play on time The owner asked if all was good you saved our night

Unbelievable, food and service. The owners and staff treat you like family. Keep up the good work.
I grab takeaway from there every few weeks or so, usually between shifts at the theatre nearby. I'd say hands down best value for your dollar on the main street and the food is great. I usually go with the chicken dinner platter with rice, but the fries are really good too. Great tzatziki sauce and pita bread on the side. Besides value, I cant say enough good things about the service. There's 3-4 young ladies on staff I encounter that run the counter and expedite the orders. Always feel welcomed without it being over the top, quick service, and a good chance they know what I usually order. Would highly recommend for locals working nearby as a quick way to grab something on lunch or dinner break. It's the quickest takeaway option for a full meal, and really the only takeaway/sit-down hybrid I can think of on the main street. Can't say I've waiting more than 5-10 minutes even in the peak summer season. Wishing the family and staff a Merry Christmas and a successful new year. Five Stars.

My friend and I visited Gyros on the Lake on Sunday evening starting from the reception the cashier was so nice and polite Nadiya served us so professionally we had beef and lamb wrap with Poutine, food was so delicious 😋 the meat was super soft and fries was so soft too over all shout out to the cook keep it guys you are amazing 🤩
